Great Experience
My plant showed up really quickly. It was packed very securely and arrived in good condition, exactly as pictured on the website. They also included a card with details about the plant and its care. I would definitely recommend and hope to shop again!

Excellent experience
I’m so happy with my purchase. It was a great experience and I really appreciate all the photos they provide, not only of the plant that you are purchasing but also of them packing your order and the protection they give the plants.
Communication was A+, and I really appreciated the card that comes with your order giving you care tips for your plant.
Would 100% recommend and purchase again in the future!

Plants arrived happy, healthy and securely packed. They even included really easy to follow care instructions for each plant which was hugely appreciated!

Wonderful packaging for shipping
Easy transaction. Really great communication, the most amazing packaging. My plants came looking exactly as they did when photographed by the store and 4 days later they are still looking great.

Excellent quality of plants and Customer service
A quarter of my plants are from Itplantae and I can’t recommend them enough. Susan is so friendly in answering any plant specific questions and I have not seen such a Safe professional packaging. Fantastic customer service experience and I highly recommend Itplantae!!!

I'm always anxious when it comes to ordering plants online due to unpleasant experiences in the past. BUT, the team at It Plantae really knows how to sell!!! they are highly responsive and professional. Plants as seen in photos and not to mention, their packaging is on point! I could see that they have put a lot of effort into ensuring the plants arrive in perfect condition. I also love how they gave an update before sending out the plants and follow-up to see if it has arrived safely. These guys are highly recommended!
