I had such a great experience with this company. I tried their Eczema Neem Cream, and i was genuinely impressed by how quickly it worked on the eczema on my hand. I noticed a visible difference after just one use.
The product feels high quality and its reassuring to know its 100% organic. Its clear the company puts care into creating products that actually work.

I use the vitamin c cream along with the black African soap and this has really helped with my dark spots and pigmentation.

Cleared my skin after struggling with spots and oily skin now my skin feels matte but moistured and healthy

Ordered on Thursday and it came the next day. My eczema is now nearly fully gone. :)

I always go back to Itreatskin. They are pricey for me. But their products are a treat to myself. And now my children love the baby balm, vitamin E and neem. I use the deep impact daily. And I love the glow serum.

My daughter loves thi soap and has been brilliant for her excema.

Didn’t work on my dermatitis at all. Made it more itchy if anything. Continued the product for 3 weeks and stayed the same. Waste of money

This product has given me dermatitis! Something I’ve never had in my life. It also made me break out with acne after not having it for a while and the product being advertised for acne prone skin!
As a skin specialist wanting to try natural products, I made the rooky mistake of falling for the false marketing and the initial glow this product gives you! 2 months later - when the real results start to show, I’ve been left with peri oral dermatitis which I now have to treat! I also realised they sold me an out of date product! I have emailed the company with zero reply!
Please avoid guys unless you want to end up with further skin concerns! Stick to medical grade all day long! Cerave for hydrating and cetaphil with niacinamide (repairs skin barrier) if you want a recommendation from the high street.

I would highly recommend their skin products, i literally loved their black soap for my pigmentation on my arms and back. It has given drastic changes to my skin. I went to their trafford centre shop and the staff there was so helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with me. I remember it was a girl named humna their on the shop who guided me. Also tried the hydrating cream and a serum both smelled amazing. Will definitely be going back for them now. Excellent customer service experience, humna is a star and asset to your brand.

I came across this stall in the Trafford Centre around 6 months or more ago. At the time my daughter (who is now 13m) was suffering with bad eczema and we had tried so many creams from the doctors and all irritated her skin or made the eczema worse. I wanted to avoid steroid creams and ideally find something natural. A gentleman on the stall spoke to us about the Neem Cream and he was so helpful; he advised that any changes could take a few months in line with the skins usual cycles. We decided to give this a go and WOW, her skin is so so soft and the eczema is clear. I did have times of doubt through this process but I genuinely believe her skin would not be as good as it is now without this cream. We're now using the large 1kg tub which is going to last us ages! Thank you so much for creating this cream, I highly recommend for anyone suffering from eczema

Went to the one in Meadowhall today and their was a man and girl the girl was really good in identifying what I need for my skin she was also very respectful and very professional and she even showed me past clients updates on them using it so that really reassured me and the owner he was really professional and gave me so much knowledge on skin I never even knew he even gave me dieting tips in order to help my skin and their was a situation were the bag split and I went back to the shop and the owner and the girl was so understanding they replaced all the damage items I can’t wait to use the products. (Didn’t get their names )

Money didn’t matter as long as this cream and soap got the job done. All big claims about how organic and home made it is but after applied on my niece it made things even worse for her. Waste of money as well as putting the poor girl through soo much pain and making her health even worse.
Avoid their products and especially the ones at Trafford centre.

Will be filing a report and making sure someone tests their products before they’re put on the market

ps: the store refused to give out receipt as well claiming we don’t do receipts for cash payers.

I got bought the Vit E cream, it smelt lovely.
But made my son really itchy.

I bought this in Trafford centre after speaking to the owner himself, I bought some African black soap and the cream.
The African black soap made my skin burn.
The cream was nice and soothing until I woke up this morning and my whole eye has swollen up and the eczema has spread onto different parts of my eyelid where it wasn’t there before.
Waste of £35 unfortunately I’m glad it worked for other people but sad it didn’t work for me 😔

UPDATE:
After 4 days it gave me a severe allergic reaction on my eye and I had to go to A&E as my vision was blurry in one eye. I’ve requested a chargeback and I am considering legal action.
Please do not put this product on your eye by any means necessary!!!!

An absolute joke! Products are useless and actually made skin worse; the eczema became inflamed beyond belief; Amjad ( the self proclaimed miracle worker / owner with the ego) applied a patch test on a minor which reacted badly after they left; he tried to pressurise the minor into buying this substandard rubbish claiming it is made with Manchester University where his wife works; These are rogue traders who need to be exposed and the process has started, We are now contacting Manchester University on their liability as well as for comment;

I recommend this company good customer service and products are outstanding 100% natural
