This company sends out SPAM and should NOT be trusted.

They sent me a dress it was the size of a postage stamp then they want me to measure it and take a picture of it why do you need to do that the clothes are cheap they are rude they don’t answer do not buy anything from them and be very careful they are part of that chick me and those other ones they’re online they’re all one big company and they’re gonna steal your money

Horrible shop!! Items were not al all as described! maxi dress only knee long?? Really poor quality… took 3 weeks to arrive.. when I wanted to return the 2 items I had to pay £9 myself!! I asked for this to be reimbursed as it was not my fault the items were not as described.. no avail ..
won’t ever order from here again .. so angry 😡

I received some dresses which took weeks to finally arrive , when they did one dress was faulty two were to small so STILL trying to return them and they keep avoiding me , when they finally reply they ask me to try to resell them myself as it’s a long process and I would have to pay the shipping ! Two different people on separate emails keep asking me for order numbers so I give them then they ask again. They can’t seem to find my order and to be honest they just keep messing me around . I’ve done what they have asked and yet I still can’t return cause their customer service is awful !! So angry ! Yeah

SCAM ALERT WEBSITE!!! Don’t believe any of the positive reviews on here they are all false and written by the company! They take your money, claim they’ve sent your items and even though you can prove with the DHL tracking that the item was posted from Germany And supposedly reached Ireland on the same day!!! Disgusting website!!

Das ist der letzte Schrott .....und die Ware sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den bilder oder Beschreibung.....die Firma ist ne richtige Abzocke man bekommt bei einer Retoure nicht sein Geld zurück....ich habe 55 euro verloren::::(((

Ordered clothes a month ago and have not received them!! Tracking says they were coming from China and have been delivered. Scam!!

OMG Its a terrible shop! I have ordered sweater and a dress from this shop and when I got the parcel it was chock! Non of those clothes looked like an iteam I purchase for, a way far from photo (color, shape and size)! Poor quality and and unsuitable clothes. Its too expensive for that trash (400dkk). Im so disappointed! Please do not order from this shop!!

I recently purchased the off the shoulder flare sleeved bodycon dress for my second wedding. It arrived and it is more beautiful than I expected. It's perfect. Fits perfectly and absolutely stunning. I have been recommending IVROSE in Facebook groups to spread the word. Thank you your customer service when I enquiry about my order as well was fantastic.

Hi my name is Marlene. I am writing this review to help other people not to make the same mistake as me. I recently bought 2 items on Ivrose. I was meant to receive my item within 3-7 days but I received my parcel 2 weeks later. I was disappointed with the quality of the products and the way I was treated. If I could attach the emails I exchanged with this company I would have. I wasn’t happy with both items but one of them was worst than the other. I wanted to return the item but the company didn’t want me to and I was forced to keep the unwanted item and suggested me to re-sell it. I insisted that I wanted a refund but it’s refused to refund my money until today. All it’s care about is money and not customer’s feelings or concerns. Please share this experience with others on social media as Ivrose it’s a scam to rip people off. Such companies need to be close down for scam. I’m very disappointed 😔
