I’ve had an amazing experience at IVUSE. The location is very convenient and also free parking. The staff is very friendly and pleasant from the time I walk in until the time I leave very helpful. I’m currently doing a weight loss program. The best decision I could have made. I weigh in weekly and the results have been amazing! I highly recommend.

I came in to get IV Therapy and a weight loss shot it was a very seamless process and I am so afraid of needles the staff was gentle with me and answered ever one of my 800 question with no signs of irritation such a pleasant experience. definitely recommend 10/10. Can’t wait to come back and get a peptide stack. They know they stuff!!!

I’ve had a great experience with IVUSE. The ordering process was simple, delivery was fast, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful. The products arrived as described, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend IVUSE to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company to assist with weight loss treatments or even infusions full of vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need.

I was with IVUSE for nearly a year (started June 2025). At the beginning, I genuinely trusted Gabby, the clinician I spoke with on the phone. She could sound knowledgeable and reassuring, and I believed I was being properly supported.
But when I actually needed real support, the pattern was always the same: I had to chase and only receive template emails. I’d email a simple, reasonable question and get either no answer or a canned response telling me to book a consult or call. Over and over. It left me feeling ignored and honestly worn down, because basic documentation shouldn’t require a campaign.
The breaking point was discovering that my compounded tirzepatide shipments came with no labels at all — no patient label, no pharmacy name, no prescriber listed. Later, I also received AOD-9604 labeled “Research Use Only.” When I asked in writing for the basics any patient should be able to get in writing: who the prescriber of record is, which pharmacy dispensed it, I still didn’t get a straightforward written reply until I applied sustained pressure. Even then, it felt like the smallest possible disclosure, delivered late.
This experience made me deeply unsettled and frustrated, because injectable medications require clarity, not deflection. And because of how this experience made me feel, I’m sharing it here. I wouldn’t want anyone else going through a lonesome journey while handling a medication like tirzepatide.
If you’re still considering IVUSE, insist upfront on written confirmation of the prescriber of record and dispensing pharmacy, and don’t accept phone only handling when you’re asking for compliance and documentation.

I would only give one star, but the prices for their peptides is pretty good. I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received it. They created a shipping label a few days after the order only to go over a week with no actual shipment. They keep saying it will release soon, but that has not been the case. Customer service response is always a copy/paste of the previous email. Take your business somewhere else.
