Old Church Street flat - September 2022
I have used Ivy several time for my London rentals. Regarding connectivity and staff interaction my view is that of first class on every basis. I have used other Holiday Rental companies in the past. None rival Ivy regarding staff interaction.
The flat I rented was on Old Church Street in Chelsea. As full informed transparency, I owned a house in north London for 25 years, as such my standards are possibly different from the typical traveler.
The location of the flat was excellent. I know the Chelsea, Fulham, Sloan, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Pimlico arenas very well and the flat was the perfect launching place for my days of running the streets.
The flat itself was very cozy. The furniture and art work were very reminiscent of my London house. Even the carpet was the same color.
A couple of items.
1. I must have not researched deep enough, but I thought there would be 1 1/2 bath. This flat has a slightly odd bathroom-w/c set up. All very functional, but I would have preferred something slightly more modern.
2. The kitchen. Bear in mind that I am a native New Orleanian of deep French heritage. As such, my cooking interest and abilities are significant. Part of the reason I engage houses and flats rather than hotels is my ability to peruse the markets and then chef-up various concoctions. This kitchen was very inadequate. The cooktop was functional but the auto spark was not. So each start needed a match. The oven was generally nonfunctional and when I tried to use it, I was generally rolling the dice regarding hoping it would ignite before I filled the kitchen with natural gas. And there was little control of temperature. I tried to roast a chicken early in my stay. Was basically for the bin when it was finished.
None none of this would necessarily stop me from renting the flat again, however it would likely be if I were running out of other quality choices.

Child's Street is an excellent location…
Child's Street is an excellent location with amenities exactly as pictured. We loved the bright kitchen and relaxing in the evening in the garden patio.

A lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to most everything we wanted to see. Very well-appointed, stylish and comfortable.

Everything that we could hope for
We just completed a 10 day stay at the Mayfair unit and were not disappointed. Starting with the booking process, Nicola was extremely prompt in returning emails, confirming details as well as always being pleasant, helpful and cordial.
The unit itself was exactly as it was shown in the photos - clean, comfortable, and larger than we had imagined it. Took us a bit to figure out the lighting controls - quite different than in the US. Never could figure out the Control4 remote. The bathroom is very large. It took us a bit to figure out that those were not file cabinets under the table - they were the pull out chairs for the dining table. Doh!
Although the building is right across from two quite popular pubs, we never heard any street noise. There is high rise construction across the street but that noise doesn't seem to start until after 9:00 so no problem there either.
Get to know Max (Maximus) the concierge for the building. He is one of the most upbeat people whom I have ever met - he really helped to make our stay so memorable.
Over all just a wonderful stay

Best flat we have ever rented in London. Superb location between Old Brompton Road and Fulham Road. Just a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and 24 hour convenience store. Healthy walk to Harrods, Hyde Park and Sloane Square. The apartment is just as described on the website, large, bright, tall ceilings and very quiet. It is obvious that it is someone's home and not just a rental property. Ivy Lettings are great to deal with and we would definitely book this beautiful apartment again.

Stayed for 3 weeks at Stratford road property. The bathroom a little tired, but otherwise as expected. Fab location, well equipped, Ivy Letting service was exceptional, great communication, and provided everything we needed. Patio area could do with a bit of a tidy up but definitely would rent again

Our first choice for renting in London

An Excellent Company Renting Lovely Properties
We have rented through Ivy Lettings on several occasions now and each time we have stayed at a lovely property and the experience has been easy. I recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone lookng for an apartment stay in London and look forward to booking through them again in the future.
This last trip we stayed at the Abingdon Road flat. The location in Kensington is excellent, very near Holland Park and an easy walk to Kensington Gardens. There are three very good, one actually outstanding, restaurants right on the street. The flat is extremely comfortable for one or two people. It is nicely outfitted, making it easy to feel right at home for the (too short) week we were there.

We arranged an apartment rental with Ivy Lettings for a recent 5 day trip to London. The company representatives were extremely helpful with our questions and several changes when we were trying to find the best location to stay. They had multiple properties to offer us, and our selection was a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at Nevern Place in Earl's Court. This was a fantastic location for us being very close to the tube station and not too far from Zone 1, which suited us perfectly. The apartment was very clean, quiet, spacious and well-outfitted, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores just down the street. All apartment information was very clearly communicated and it was easy to obtain the keys. The rental process was very professional. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent there again. We very much appreciated Ivy Lettings accommodating our requests for early arrival, and late departure at the last minute. We were grateful for all of their assistance and highly recommend this company for apartment rentals in London.

Wonderful One Bedroom Flat
This is a wonderful flat in a great Notting Hill location close to two Tube stations. The flat is clean and well-appointed, and the bed is high quality (a real plus as I have rented many London flats over the years and satisfactory bedding is often an issue, even in high-end flats). Perhaps the most surprising positive was that although the flat is on the second floor and I was there during August, the breeze from the large bedroom window was heavenly and provided wonderful natural air conditioning even during extremely hot days. While the flat is on the small side and really couldn't fit a third person, it is ideal for a solo traveler and good for a couple. Overall, a fine flat!

Kensington Court is a lovely flat that is located directly off of Kensington High St. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is terrific...great restaurants, stores, close to Kensington Palace and the tube. We were very satisfied with our accommodations, and would highly recommend this flat for your next trip to London! The team at Ivy has been very professional... great communication throughout the entire process and very helpful. Ivy Lettings has earned our loyalty...we will be using them moving forward for all of our future trips to London.

This apartment is so charming and cozy
This apartment is so charming and cozy. It is a 15 minute walk to Sloan Square and a 2 min walk to the vibey Chelsey Powerstation development full of restaurants and cafes. The AC came in handy during the heatwave. I can't recommend this apartment enough and will definitely be back. The train behind the apartment is a non issue - we could barely hear it.
Great location and very quiet
This was our second time renting the Winchester Street property and our third time renting with Ivy. We really like the location. It's close to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and transit, yet on a quiet street. Having the bedrooms on the bottom floor means no sounds from upstairs at night. The price was reasonable and the communication with the Ivy team was excellent. We look forward to our next visit to London and we will surely rent from Ivy again.
Argyll Road was a Dream
We stayed for a week at your Argyll Road property. It was absolutely perfect for our family of seven. (Grandparents, parents and three children ages 6-11.) It was beautifully appointed and so comfortable! We loved the location— just off Kensington High Street yet it felt so calm and peaceful. We were here in the heat wave, so each night we all enjoyed the coolness of the pretty garden, which was also a great place for the children to play a bit. It’s an easy walk to the Tube, as well as several really nice pubs for dinner. Another great thing about the location was being so close to Kensington Gardens as well as Holland Park, which was perfect with children. The kitchen and lounge with TV were perfect for relaxing in the evenings as well. Everyone had their own space and felt so at home. I highly recommend this property and Ivy Lettings, who were very helpful and responsive during the whole process.

St Lukes Mews Notting Hill
We stayed at the St Lukes Mews flat in July 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill. Very comfortable accommodations, very quiet, easy and direct access to all transit lines and underground. Shopping and amenities close by including the Portobello Market on the weekends which was a lot of fun! A very enjoyable stay...would not hesitate to book another unit through Ivy Lettings, our host was fantastic and looked after anything that was amiss. Londoners are super nice, kind, and friendly...thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

My family of three had a lovely stay at Addison Place. The rental was exactly like the pictures on the website and was perfectly situated for our trip. Public transportation, Holland Park, and places to eat and shop were within easy walking distance. The staff at Ivy were prompt when communicating and always pleasant.
