Given a gift card

Unfortunately dresses were smaller than expected but like them so wanted to exchange for a bigger size ..was responded to fairly fast with a gift card

Great communication

The communication was amazing with prompt response and sorting out the issue I had with a 100% gift voucher of which I have had and re-ordered the same jumper but in a different colour and a bigger size!

The sizing in jumper was very small ( I ordered L - 12/14 as I am a 12 ) but is not as loose to wear like the advert but still fine to wear .. So I have ordered the XL- 16 now and know it will be the right fit I am looking for..

There are no tags on the inside to show front and back ( but I have tried both ways and fits exactly the same, which is unusual that the fit looks so good!
Also no care label but it is a wool type fabric so will be a wool type wash ..

Misleading location and bad poor returns policy.

I purchased a dress, which delivery was longer than the website mentioned. When the dress arrived, it sadly didn't fit. Requested to return the goods on a Friday, it is now Monday and Ivy Luna still has not sent a returns form.... instead haggling with me. They also asked for pictures of the dress, but was unclear on what they wanted and why.
1) A 100% gift card
2) A 30% refund
3) I can return them for a £20-30 delivery fee.

Seen as I asked to return them the first

I ordered 2 dresses which were very cheap looking and the material was not luxurious at all. The return address is China so very expensive to do a return and they don’t make it easy at all.
I later found out the dresses were on Temu at a fraction of the cost.
Do not waste your money

Wrong size ordered

I ordered a dress. I was kept up to date with the processing and tracking of my order. When I receive the dress it was lovely but a little tight (turns out I'm bigger than I thought lol!). I contacted the company and they immediately responded and offered me a 100% credit for their store so I could re-order a larger size.

Great service! I had an issue with my address and they fixed it right away. Very professional. Dress just arrived and it’s lovely! Will order again.

I’m giving 5 stars as the garment I ordered is nice. I will say to order a size bigger as they come up on the smaller size. They have offered to send out a larger size so can’t complain.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING: Shoddy goods, when you want to return the items you have more chance of going to the moon.I eventually sent them back to the delivery address on the label as they would not send any details for return. I did a chargeback on my credit card eventually to retreive my money. BE WARNED.

I bought the long green check dress…

I bought the long green check dress which is cheap polyester, printed and has a white inside liner which looks terrible.
It is stiff, tight and does not look or flow anywhere like the pictures. - clearly made with AI.
I hope this deters someone from buying it. Customer service so far has been good. Although I haven’t processed a refund with them as yet, still ongoing.

Shocking cowboy company

Shocking cowboy company. Don’t buy. The website clothing looks amazing but reality is it’s cheap rubbish from China. You have to pay to ship back to Asia. Then the goods don’t get released from customs and they come back to you. The company sends endless emails if you want to return offering discounts. In the end I went for a chargeback on my credit card. The website appears uk but it’s not. There’s a photo of a shop in London which doesn’t exist. Stay well away. I’m sending my rubbish items to the charity shop. It’s seriously awful! Takes months to sort!

BE WARNED cheap,nasty not well made clothing .dont be fooled by pictures. You can not return unless you pay to be sent back to china which dose not say on there returns.They have a shop in london cant send them back there.There trick if to offer you a % off but you won't wear them trust me.STAY AWAY .And if you notice on reviews they only reply back the hand full of happy customers and that's because they give them a gift card for more rubbish.

Company is based in China dont use ĺ

Company is based in China. Everything is posted from China. You have to return it back to China. The quality of the customer service is non-existent. They are not a registered company in England therefore, they are avoiding tax. Which pretty much gives you a sum up of their ethics? Give the impression that they are A UK company use UK models very prime very proper. However. They are not do not buy from this company. The there are not to be trusted

Bizzare company - 10/10 would not recommend

They made me write a 5-star review so I’d (finally) get a partial refund for a product that didn’t fit.

Avoid this brand like the plague, returns costs you £30+ the entire thing is not worth the hassle.

Getting responses from the customer care team that avoid your enquiry altogether, ignoring your request for a refund and then offering a random £100 credit note instead.
