A dreadful company

A dreadful company, item bought was of poor quality, asked if I could send it back, but was told it would cost between £20-£30 as it went back to Asia! They offered a full refund voucher, and said I could keep the top, when I later looked at reviews and saw the problem they were having I asked for a full money refund, they came back with offer of 30% but I pointed out that others had received 50%, they agreed to this, but only if I gave them a 5 star review on this site, I had to do this in order to get my 50% refund, I call this blackmail. I will never order from them again!

Conned

Bought two items and wanted to return one only to find it was £26.00 to return to an Asian address, Ivy Luna offered a 10% refund and after lots emails agreed on a 50% refund! Don’t waste your money

I have bought a couple of items from this company and have been very pleased. Bought a lovely cardigan recently. Lovely material and colour but unfortunately it was too small The company have been excellent and is offering me an exchange.

Truly horrific

Truly horrific, avoid at all costs. The dress advertised looked so nice but nothing like the rag I received. The returns process is a nightmare. I am still waiting for my refund after 8 weeks and just get Jennifer telling me they are looking into it! Not holding out any hope. Total scam

Amazing!!

I received my Olivia half zip jumper, I was so pleased, the quality is impeccable, sizing is good and arrived on time. I also contacted customer service with a query and issue was resolved in under 24 hours. I have now ordered my second jumper and I will definitely continue to ordered from ivy luna. Great Value.

DISHONEST & MISLEADING

Dishonest advertising. Their website says they are in London. The garments took six weeks to arrive; they were huge, not what I ordered, and they looked nothing like what they advertised. The material is flimsy, and none of the garments had tags. When I said I wanted to return the items for a refund, they asked me to send them to China via international recorded delivery, costing almost £30

I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.

ivy Luna fabulous shop.

After purchasing a lovely coat from ivy luna sadly the coat didn’t suit me so I emailed customer service and to be honest they where brilliant and so quick to reply 🤩 as the store is so far away and would of cost a lot to return the item,Ivy luna asked if I would like to keep the coat and receive a gift card for the full amount of the coat to spend in store , I was extremely pleased with this offer and accepted and got myself some lovely items from their shop . Thank you so much ivy luna ❤️ I would definitely recommend buying from ivy luna you’ve nothing to lose . From a very happy customer.

Horrific!!!

I can’t even give them zero stars, which is what I want to. The items turned up, looked nothing like the photos. In fact one dress could have set fire to itself without a flame being in any proximity! I sent everything back, after a very long debacle- “oh we’ll give you 30% off, when I rejected that, it was 50% off” No, I don’t want your awful clothes. Let me return them. Having spent £30 to send the appalling specimens of clothes back to China, they are now asking for everything, which I have already provided. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order anything!! I am over £100 down and regretting ordering items of clothes that I wouldn’t even blow my nose on - they were that disgusting!!!

AVOID

AVOID! Complete scam, as per other reviews. I hope you read these reviews before purchasing. They use a UK url website, have the words UK in their email address and show images of a luxury shop with London buses in the images on their website so as to make you think they are a UK company and the shop in the image doesn't exist. They send cheap items that look nothing like the luxury images on their website and then ask you to pay £30 to return them. They will offer you a 30% refund, as the items cost next to nothing to produce and they are still making a huge profit on them. Their response to my review is laughable, their next move is to offer you 50% as a final offer - they are still keeping half of your money for an item that is worth a few pounds and fit for the clothing recycling bank only. Their business model is to take 50% of your money for items of clothing that are nothing like the images online, and then slowly try and convince you they are doing you a favour by giving you half your money back. Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews on this site, if you look closer you will see that people have been forced to write them before getting any of their part refund back. I have raised a claim on my credit card to recover the money. You will be wasting your money ordering from this company.

Firstly advertised as a dress on…

Firstly advertised as a dress on receipt it was a skirt and top very cheap material nothing like picture on website which says ivyluna.uk it’s in china not uk asked for details to return was told I could have 100%credit note checked website absolute garbage not I would buy so refused then offered 30% refund again I refused but was getting fed up with emails back and forth and said I would accept 50% they agreed if I would give them a five star review I didn’t then I was emailed again and told if I didn’t give 5 star review I would not receive my refund terrible experience bullied into giving 5 star review I did and received 50% in bank few days later
Do not purchase from this company absolutely awful
