Honestly I’m not gonna lie seeing £60 I was a little skeptical at first and since I don’t live in London, thinking about shipping my watch off with Royal Mail did make me anxious. However they did an amazing job and the deal is great, they give you updates with photos and even the customer service is fantastic. Would recommend to everyone absolutely amazed!

I happily sent an Apple Watch for a small scratch on the screen in early july. After a quick turnaround the device came back in pristine conditions. I was super happy.
After a month, whilst I was at my local supermarket, the whole screen fell off. I almost didn’t realise if it wasn’t for my wife. I got back in touch asking for a repair under warranty, which was denied to me under the premise that it’s an accidental damage.

Not sure what’s accidental about going to Waitrose really.

I was kindly given a 20% discount for a full repair, which I obviously didn’t agree to.

My smashed Apple watch 4 sat in a drawer for a few months then found out about this firm.
I was visiting London anyway so took my watch to Whitechapel.
Phoned the next day and watch was ready so went and collected - brilliant !!
PS - they also do iPad screen repairs.

iwatchrepair service is really good, when i asked a local store to fix it they wanted £70 more than Iwacthrepair and they wouldn't have been as fast. So I looked online at these reviews and thought i'd give em a go, I posted my broken Apple Watch via Royal Mail recorded post and got my watch back in less than a week and it was like new again. I have a heart condition so my watch means a lot to me for peace of mind, these people took good care of it and can be trusted A+++

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent my watch off to repair a damaged screen and have a new battery installed. On holiday, it stopped working properly - apparently, hidden in the terms and conditions, you cannot use the watch in water after a repair. Technically therefore it is not a repair! Once again - DO NOT fall for using this company - use Apple - at least they do the job properly and guarantee their work.

We contacted them via whatsapp and then sent a picture of the watch as requested Quick answer and next step process received. So sent the watch for repair and recieved it back within 2 to 3 days, completely repaired. Great 5 star service which I would recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful service. Brilliantly priced, excellent customer service, wonderful repair on my Apple watch. Super fast turnaround, was sent Tuesday, arrived with them Wednesday and was sent back with me Friday morning. They kept me informed the whole way via email and text messages. I will happily recommend these guys.
