Service was very quick but toothbrush…
Service was very quick but toothbrush completely different colour compared to the picture, stock image was too brightly lit to be accurate. Item was chosen for a specific styling shoot and wasn't able to be used.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent; the store offered an item from their own stock as order would take longer. Queries about hanging were followed up with emails.
Still awaiting delivery in November, so cannot completely reference but so far, service excellent!
