Hello the itinerary was great and so were the guides.In Panama the hotel room was very small but we managed.
Otherwise everything was good and many friends are asking what agency I worked with and I recommended Jacada!

Lily & Melanie helped us plan our honeymoon in Costa Rica and they did an amazing job! We wanted a pretty active honeymoon with a little beach relaxation and they helped tailor the prefect 11 day trip. The hotel choices were fantastic, as were all the excursions and activities. We felt very taken care of and communication before, during and after the trip was seamless. A trip we will truly never forget!!

We used Jacada to help book our honeymoon in Tanzania in January 2026. Sara and Robynne were super helpful in helping me look at different options for this trip and pick the one best aligned with my priorities. The trip was a dream come true. Every location that we stayed exceeded our expectations and there was a high attention to detail. Traveling between camps/resorts was a breeze due to the assistance we had. They truly helped us plan the honeymoon of our dreams and I would definitely recommend them.

It was truy a life affirming adventure with our family. Jacada took care of every detail. We saw and experienced everything you would dream of in Kenya.

Everything went great on the trip. The detailed planning by Charles, with Jacada, was very helpful, from the pick up at customs in Costa Rica to the transfers between resorts and everything in between.

First, the country of Thailand is beautiful and the people are amazing. I would highly recommend visiting Thailand to anyone. Second, Jacada made it amazing. We worked with Taylor and Rahma to plan the trip, and then we had Benjy (Chiang Mai) and Ning (Bangkok). All were exceptional. They asked questions, listened to our feedback, and built a trip and experience that felt very bespoke to our family. It was white glove service every step of the way. The accommodations and experiences they booked for us were also top notch. Highly recommend Jacada, and these four wonderful women if you are planning on visiting Thailand in particular.

Lizzie Slater and Carlos Machado helped me plan a trip to Columbia with my 3 daughters. They were both thoughtful, professional and easy.
They planned a terrific trip. We did so much from a Medellin neighborhood tour to mountain horseback riding without one setback. We had so many parts but it all ran together so smoothly. I was able to relax amongst the complex travel.

We had an amazing experience planning and experience a 3-week honeymoon across South Africa and the Seychelles. All we had to do was pack and the rest was taken care of. Looking forward to our next milestone adventure with Tor and the Jacada team.

Jacada has made my trip to Egypt the most unforgettable and out stunning trip ever. Rosie our concierge Jacada guru, was able to understand my family and myself way of travel and manage to create the most amazing travel schedule that literary included Egypt's must, as well as incorporated local experiences. Yvonne and Jessica were extremely attentive to what we wanted to do on our multi city holiday and we knocked of almost everything we wanted plus we did more than planned
Guides selected were amazing. They treated us as friends more than customers with many stories to tell. During our tours, Jacada arranged for every meal and drinks and breaks. We didn't have to pay anything while we were with them. Personal shopping excluded of course.
Hotels were fantastic at each location and the concierge and staff knew you. We felt like we got special attention at every hotel.
Transportation- all modes of transportation were private and top vehicles. Trains, Metros and cabs that they arranged were all part of the cost and we didn't pay out of pocket.
They pick you up from the airport, but they also check you in at each location and make sure you get to the departure section. They helped with luggage and everything else. We had three flights and they stayed with us and helped until we got to the departure lounge.
We just had to show up and enjoy the first class vacation.
They left personalized notes at most of our hotel rooms.
They arranged for a great surprise that we will remember for years to come. It still humbles our heart and brings tears of joy to us. This surprise has been a nonstop topic for us as family.
They celebrate your events with you and treat you like family.
Price is subjective to what each person can afford. We thought we got value for the money we spend and have already reached out to them for our next vacation.
If your budget allows, get ready to be pampered by Yvonne, Jessica and the Jacada team.
This is my personal opinion and how we felt about our holiday booked by the Jacada team. I am not marketing for them and just sharing our experience with them.

If I could give them ten stars I would. We were cared for extremely well and the trip fit our families needs perfectly. Every guide was attentive and respectful of our abilities. Their knowledge of their cities was thorough and if they couldn’t answer a question, they always found out and let us know!
Jacada made us feel heard and seen and created a trip that was beyond our expectations. Our children were very impressed with their parents trip planning skills. And that’s what we all want!

Murray, Alice and the entire team designed and provided a truly outstanding tailored family vacation. It was quite simply the best we've ever had. The entire end to end experience was first class. The venues, transfers, experiences and accomodations were just exceptional!

Desmond was great with giving hotel recommendations and things to do in each city we visited. He planned great tours and activities through the 12 day trip. Sabina helped with concierge and all the dinner reservations! Both were great to work with and made the trip seamless with no issues!

My Jacada reps, Jody and Betty, took my general wishes for a family trip to South Africa and selected some unforgettable destinations. And then made sure that every connection point was well executed, by friendly and effective support staff. We always knew what was coming up next and everyone involved was on time and most helpful - we breezed through airports and all transfers were comfortable and safe. All we had to worry about was enjoying ourselves, which we most certainly did. We highly recommend Jacada, and Jody and Betty in particular.

This was my first time working with Jacada, but it won't be my last! From beginning to end, they were incredible. I felt cared for right from the beginning, when I met my AMAZING travel designer, Demi R. She is knowledgeable about the areas that she designs for, she's super friendly and fun, but most importantly, she really listens to your concerns. My elderly mother and I were traveling together, and both of us have some physical restrictions. Demi was able to not only advise on the best place to visit based on those but also cater to us with specifically planned activities that worked for us. We ended up in Guatemala, which I had never considered before, but now has a piece of my heart. I'm extremely pleased with my entire Jacada experience!

Everything was perfect. Jacada organized a flawless adventure for my family. Everything was very well organized and our transportation and guides were always punctual and ready to help. The hotels, restaurants and activities were all perfect. Thank you

Charles and Annabel worked hard to make a very personalized trip for us to go to Antartica with incredible stops along the way. We had an incredible time in wine country before heading onto a phenomenal ship to tour Antartica. Charles provided very good guidance with our activities and maximize our days with little off the beaten path extras. He is extremely knowledgeable about South America and his experience shined thru with the little details in this trip. Jacada is a great company to work with. Their travel agents are knowledgeable and listen to what you want and what you are looking for.

The hotels were great, the activities were awesome and food was wonderful We had one transfer that was late and one guide that was not as great as the other which caused the 4 stars.
