I bought a Shinzo Clasp Jacket and now that it arrived, I can tell that this is an huge fake. It looks nothing like the original jacket that I was supposed to get? Based on other peoples experience with returns, I don‘t really know if I should try to style this duplicate, since many people just return something and then never get it back.

Please never think about ordering there, you‘re not gonna get the original item that you wished to get.

Be careful! My coat looked terrible, without a label and smelt awful. I was trying to contact and replace the purchase, but customer service support is avoiding to solve the problem. My the most terrible experience.

The hoodie looked used and smelled of perfume. No size or washing label. I contacted customer service two weeks ago and still haven’t received a reply. Don’t buy from this site!

Absolute scam!!! I have been getting a runaround regarding my order for over a month now, and still no sign of it!! They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls!! Do not order from them, it’s the biggest scam!! They have a Connecticut address and the order is apparently being shipped from Karachi Pakistan….DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Hoddie von den Dallas Cowboys bestellt, nach Ewigkeiten angekommen. Größe L, bekomme gerade so den Arm durch das Kopfloch, nicht mal meine 7 Jährige Tochter bekommt den Kopf durch. Abändern unmöglich... Kundenservice unerreichbar, keine Antwort... Werd wohl auf den 85€ sitzen bleiben... Finger weg von dieser Plattform!!!

Terrible quality do not order from this site. Suit looks like it’s a school project. Material doesn’t line up various odd and different color cloth was used.

Pay by reputable credit card company which you can dispute. I can’t stress it enough do NOT do business with this company!!!!

Scammers. They sent a knock off jacket, wrong size. Said I could return it for a refund. I sent it back at my expense, never heard from them again. Don’t answer emails. Avoid!

The jacket I ordered showed up at a reasonable time with no delays whatsoever. The jacket was perfect by size and was everything I expected!

They sent the wrong item. When I tried to return item, they sent me a bogus return address in Dubai. I have sent several emails, contacted them thru what’s app. They would not respond to my requests for further information. All positive reviews of this company are false. Do Not Order from this Company!! They take your money and then ghost you!!! beware!

Absolutely disgraceful company and company service. After taxes and shipping I paid over 100€ for a hoodie that fell apart after ONE gentle wash on COLD. I've been trying to resolve this issue for at least 3 weeks and they WILL NOT REPLACE IT! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS! I've reported this company to the Spanish and American government for false advertisement and faulty products.

Ordered "Supporting Our Troops" Hoodie for our son who served in the Navy. The item arrived very late, was not as advertised, very poor quality and was dirty. The USA flag was on backwards and the "NIKE" and "NFL" logos were very suspect, in my opinion to be a counterfeit product. Return has been very difficult and non existent, even with a signed delivery USPS tracking. This company is based in Pakistan and is not reliable. DO NOT do business with them.

The oversized decal on the hoodie I ordered for my daughter began to peel off after only a single wash on a gentle cycle (per the care instructions on the tag of the hoodie). I contacted Jacketera right away and didn't receive a reply (after multiple follow up attempts) for over 15 business days. They said the production team would then contact me and they never did. I told them I just wanted a refund and they said I needed to return the hoodie to them to get it. The shipping costs to return it overseas would have cost me 3 times more than I paid for the hoodie in the first place, but that was their only resolution. On top of all that, I got a FedEx bill for the import duties weeks later. The most expensive hoodie purchase ever and it can't even be worn. Such an absolute waste of time and money!
