I've been on this group a few months now it's the only site I play on and trust 100percent, the jj coins incentive they have aswell is just genius, being able to win coins then exchange them for cash and prizes even if u don't win on the actual competitions you have this option what other sites give u that option literally saved my bacon a few times being able to cash my coins in for a couple hundred.

Have been a member of this site for a while now and recommend this group as it's fun everyone one is friendly although I've not won large amounts what I have won I've always received quickly can't fault them, they also do a lot for charity and proof is always put on fb group

Not happy at all, tried to exchange coins still waiting for them to be exchanged.i exchanged for 100 pounds no problem.was told to contact back the next morning as more coins would be on my account and I could exchange another 100.still waiting.tried contacting on facebook for advice, post was denied.contacted the emails provided.been 3 days no contact.not very good service.

Can the person who said they're going to post evidence let us know where it will be posted by leaving another review? I'm interested to see if it's the same as what I have or if it can be added to what I have. What I've seen this morning alone is BAD.

Whilst I like the site and play regularly there’s some things that are off/ unprofessional!

It’s always abit attention seeking on lots of parts! Beginning of the year got people to beg and nominate themselves for a free holiday - she never chose anyone!

Constantly ‘broadcasting’ her good deeds of money she ‘gives away’ yet is giving it away to avoid the tax bill so can say it’s ‘charity’

Publicly shames people or names people for overspending when it should be a private thing! She doesn’t know the desperation someone may be in to spend as much as they do

And you can see the desperation some people are in and she sees it too by requesting people to do humiliating degrading stuff to win money… or people do it because they are desperate for her humour !

Far from the people person she claims to be

Passive aggressive comments about other sites using her ideas on live videos like ‘ I will give you full cash alternative etc cause I’m not for profit’ yet will let people trade 50 coins for a dare ( coins were essentially cash value so she’s profiting)

Don’t spend here if you value actual honesty and real kindness and not a fake show

Wow what can i say i was sceptical about this site when i first heard about it.
Though i played watched the lives. Finny as hell. Eloise an her team are amazing i won a mystery 1k amazon suprise. Though had 1 hiccup they catered the best they could with keeping everything a suprise was overwhelmed. I also won a smyths toy voucher for £300 then went into a live draw an won £100 i can honestly say that this has to be one of the best sites cater for everyone an not the same winners over an over like you see on other sites. Have ago you might be surprised ❤️

I made a complaint regarding the genie wheel as it keeps changing every single time. I won a 70p and an 80p on this wheel but then when it came to the night after the genie wheel didn’t even have these wins on the wheel and it was full of £250, £500, £750 and the £1000 on this wheel. I emailed to complain about this asking why all these amounts wasn’t on my wheel and I got told the genie wheel changes most of the time which is so unfair. I have had multiple faults with this site over the past few months regarding the genie wheel and when I voice my opinion I get told I am incorrect and they genuinely do not care. So many people have multiple accounts taking all the tickets for the big wins and constantly winning them not giving others a fair chance of winning these. The man who emailed me back didn’t actually care about this as the person doing it is putting grands in this site so why would they care? I would tell anybody to not use this site it is absolutely shocking and when you do have to make a complaint they do not care

Don't really like the way draws are done via pdf or whatever or she has to download entries ? Loads have transparency on there sites there none of that here an sometimes it is rude an if u win big then u can get a call just to maximise the group for advertising if u win 50 quid or 100 u have to chase it to be put into your wallet also while I'm here every ticket is a winner we'll just don't bother 🤣

Elouise and her team are truly a breath of fresh air. The site is a great way to get a bit of luck land in your lap and give to some amazing charities but also the community is brilliant, lots of people there for each other for a laugh or comfort when needed. What an inspirational site with an owner whom has a big heart. Xx❤️🥰

I've been a member for around three months and I've got to give it to Eloise, she's an absolute diamond! The Facebook group is hilarious, full of people sharing their wins, some sharing their disappointment at not winning, but the members always lift each other up. There is also a bit of an agony aunt community on the page, if anybody has issues concerning the competitions or just general life stresses, you can guarantee there'll be a lot of support from members, admin and the owner Eloise, always a helping hand almost immediately.
The competitions themselves are pretty amazing, ranging in prices from as little as 1p to £15 with fantastic end and instant prizes. There's currently a £50,000 competition up with instant cash wins. Payout to bank can be as quick as 20 mins, sometimes is can take a few hours.
I've been a proud member of the £1 club up until a week ago, where I won £1000 and recieved payment within the hour.
Eloise also donates to different charities through the sites ticket sales/profits.
Honestly, this is my top site/page/app, definitely my favourite.

They are a joke. Put hundreds of pounds and never won. The app is hurrendous is most useless thing ever made. U have 0 chance of winning. All games are staggered , she s making loads of money of people like us. I already reported this website and ill go further i want them shut down.

Be very careful with this site! When you start to work out the odds of winning against how much this women is making from each ticket! Was only the other night she assured people they’d receive refunds, yet is now refunding people as it didn’t happen. Constantly says she’s delaying the draws because she’s depressed and it’s embarrassing

It was alright for a while using this then it got to buggy to the point I purchased all remaining tickets for a draw only for it to be refunded I then went on the facebook group and saw that some one who Eloise knows very well had ended up winning refunded all my tickets for the sake of a person buying one

So in return I did not feel comfortable using the site anymore as her friends seem to win loads but I’m not going to get into that the point is I bought the remaining tickets and they cancelled my order.

So in line with GDPR laws I emailed and requested they close my account and it has been weeks and I have still. It heard anything and my account remains active and they have not removed my account I might have to make a complaint to the gambling commission if this is not sorted

Entered every ticket is a winner at £18.99 and got £1, how on earth they can charge that much to gain £1, won’t be using again, and no I don’t expect every ticket to pay out more than you have paid but £1 is a joke

Jackson jackpot is a great site everyone is absolutely off there rocker but are also there if anyone feels like dog poo to pick them back up and make there day a little bit better.
Eloise is like a Chinese shes oriental and comes up with the craziest games ever but we love her for her and wouldn't have her any other way she goes above and beyond not just for her players but for charity's aswell so dont stop been u lass onwards and upwards women
