Highly recommend, ordered two Hollywood Mirrors yesterday expecting them to arrive next week but they came today!
The mirrors are brilliant and were a very good price. My daughters are going to be delighted.

Disappointing & dishonest
really disappointed with this company. Ordered a garden arch which is being advertised as "in stock" and "dispatched within 24 hours". A week later I still hadn't received the item so I reached out to Jack Stonehouse, only to receive a reply advising that this item will not be in stock UNTIL MID MAY (it is currently mid April). Told them I was a refund as I am doing a garden renovation and need to get another ordered. The company had the audacity to say that they need to wait for confirmation from the supplier before they can issue a refund. 4 days later, still not update and I just looked at their website and the item is still showing as in stock and being dispatched within 24 hours. This is theft and fraud, you are falsely advertising an item to get customers money. Really disappointed as I thought this was a company that could be trusted based on reviews but clearly not. £129.99 down and nothing to show for it.

Overall
Overall, the set looks very nice, the delivery was swift, and I was informed in advance of the arrival time.
However, I was less satisfied during the assembly. The aluminium frame, unfortunately, displayed marks, as if it had been touched too early during the painting process before it had fully dried. Of course, this is not visible once the cushions are in place.
Additionally, while assembling the set, I noticed that some of the components did not fit properly. You have to ''stretch'' the legs into place slightly to align them with the screw holes, and even after assembly, the legs do not align completely with the frame in some areas – they protrude a little.
Overall, while the set is attractive, it could have been more technically refined.

Product OK but delivery disappointing
Product was OK but delivery let them down as it didn’t arrive until 21.40 at night My wife had waited in all evening and I was tracking his progress on my phone away from the house. He just propped it up against the wall and didn’t ring the bell. On my return my wife assumed it hadn’t been delivered and was very annoyed. Only the tracking link and our security camera told us otherwise!

From ordering to delivery we had first…
From ordering to delivery we had first class service. Yesterday I emailed about the tracking number, being old it appeared i had missed a number. Before I checked my emails this morning the item was delivering. The delivery men were so polite and even carried our new mobile scooter into the house for us. Nothing was too much for them. Recommend this coming and delivery 100%. We are looking for a pair of recline and rise chairs, definitely looking no further than Jack stonehouse.

Recently purchased a 3.5 x 3.5m gazebo with sides. I had a great experience, delivery was next day and the product was as advertised. It was also nearly 50% cheaper than other suppliers that were selling the same item. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company, I will go to them again in the future!

Purchased a pro rider golf trolley on…
Purchased a pro rider golf trolley on Aug 2023. The attraction was that it supplied a 36 hole battery. Nowhere near lasting 36 holes, struggled to complete 18 holes, it now struggles to complete 15 holes. Battery only had 1 year warranty and have been told to get the battery checked or buy a new one after only 27 months and only used one round a week 90% of the time. Customer service is terrible. If you want cheap you certainly get cheap with this company, stay well clear.
