Jago Diamond Avis 

I gave them a saphhire and diamond ring I have worn every day for 40 years to repair & reset, for which they charged £1400. Within 4 months of this "Repair" one of the claws went and I had lost the central saphhine, despite the same day-to-day wear it had survived the previous 40 years. They said they guarenteed their workmanship, yet their reponse was to take zero ownership, not even being prepared to fix it if I bought a replacement saphire. I was appalled at the complete abidication of any responsibility for their workmanship. "Accidents happen, not our problem" being their response! Just a strange co-incidence that having survived the previous 40 years, it was broken and the saphine lost a few months after their work ?! I will neither use nor recomend this business again.
