JAM Activity Camps Ltd Avis 

Jam activity camp at mayfield has exceeded my expectations.
Always hard finding somewhere to leave your child to be looked after but I can say he didn’t want to leave once there!
They do an array of activities from day trips, swimming, free play, dancing, nerf sessions, arts and crafts to name a few.
The staff are amazing, friendly and attentive. I cannot fault this holiday club.
Ocean is already asking when he can come back! X

JAM has surpassed all other holiday camps my son has experienced, offering a thrilling, diverse, and fun-filled adventure! We booked a week at JAM camp for our 6 year old son. Our son isn't a huge sports enthusiast and isnt always the best listener, or most engaging for group activity, but we wanted to encourage him.
Our son also has behavioural needs.
Janene and the staff were very good at supporting our son with a patient and understanding approach and would encourage our son which was absolutely great. This was very reassuring for a worrying Mum as all our son will ever say when asked about his day, is 'yeah today was good' lol. I had a great chat with Janene post camp and felt very informed and supported.
I would also add that out of three camps this year, this was our sons favourite one!!
Thank you to Janene and all of the staff at JAM, you do a fantastic job and it's a relief to leave your children in capable hands while at work during the 6 weeks holidays.
I will certainly book this camp again :)

As a mother of a child with special needs, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the way we were treated by the staff at this facility. I would strongly advise other parents of children with special needs to avoid this place, as it is evident that some of the staff lack both understanding and compassion for children who require additional support.

After only one hour of leaving my son in their care, I received a call from a staff member named Janine Morgan. She informed me that I needed to collect my son immediately because he was not listening and would not stay in one place. I calmly explained that my son has special needs, to which she responded by saying that there are other children with special needs on the campus who are “fine.” Her words and tone made me feel as though my child was being viewed as a problem or a burden, rather than as a child who needs support and patience.

Shortly after, she began calling me in a highly agitated and hysterical manner, repeatedly asking when someone would collect my son. I was at work and unable to leave immediately, which caused me immense stress and left me in tears for the rest of the day. I had to make frantic efforts to find someone who could pick him up.

I am appalled that individuals like this are licensed and trusted to work with vulnerable children. In my opinion, they showed no empathy, no understanding, and no basic kindness — qualities that are essential when working with children who have special needs. This experience was not only upsetting but deeply traumatic for both me and my son.

My son (10) and daughter (7) have attended JAM camp during a few holiday periods since last year and I am extremely impressed with their organisation, communication, and the variety of activities provided for the children. Both my children love going. Their favourite activities are probably the glow stick disco held on the last day of camp and football for my son and arts and craft for my daughter! I'm pleased to see tutoring offered now and may take that option next time so that homework can be completed too.

It's my first time sending my son to jam, never send anywhere like this, however he loved the jam so much, he only went there for 2 days, but he wanted to go all days. He also wants to go for Easter aswell. It's great for kids to have fun time on holidays.

Excellent professional children’s club. Brilliant variety of sports and arts and crafts and they now offer tuition.
The staff are caring and it’s a safe environment.

My twins had an amazing time at JAM Camp Ilford County this February half term! This camp have much better activities than other camps. Swimming, Nerf, multi sports, football academy, outdoor gym and trips. Much cheaper than Barracudas and camp Beaumont with much better service.

Such an amazing camp. My daughter absolutely loves it. There are so many different sports activities which she enjoys as well as arts and craft and trips which are an added bonus.
The staff are all caring, friendly and approachable and they work really hard to make it fun for the children.
JAM is reasonably priced' Great value for money!
Your children won't be bored at this camp.
My little one can't wait to do it all over again in October. 😉

A brilliant holiday camp for children of various ages. So much on offer from fencing to swimming to basketball to arts and crafts - there really is something for everyone.
My son loves going, the staff are always smiling which is warming to see.
We’ve attended lots of camps and this by far the best!

My son has attended many Holiday camps, however JAM has thus far been the most adventurous, varied and entertaining! The fact that JAM incorporates trips makes it very exciting for children; not only did my son enjoy the camp but both my nieces can’t wait to go back in October!

Thank you to the staff at JAM for their flexible approach and for the great daily communication which was extremely reassuring!

Fantastic holiday club and great leaders

We by chance came across them and they are genuinely 10/10. Great value for money and really friendly and helpful staff. You can tell it’s not done for money but actual care and trying to give back. Will definitely be using them in the holidays and years to come.
