Everything worked perfectly. It was easy to install and I had in every country good internet! No problem with the connection when I arrived in a new country!

eSIM was delivered right away. Installation went smooth (the second time) and connection was stable. Not super fast but fast enough... Good value for money.

Datenroaming für 2 statt 3 Tage erhalten
Ich hatte eine eSIM Datenroaming für 3 Tage für die Balkanländer gekauft. Erhalten habe ich leider nur 2 Tage. Ich vermute, dass nicht am dem genauen Zeitpunkt der Datenstart gemessen wird, sondern einfach ab dem Tag, an welchem gekauft wurde. Habe keine Richtlinien gefunden, wie es gehandhabt wird. Das Netz für einen allein ist ok. Möchte ich für meine Partnerin/meinen Partner den Hotspot zur Verfügung stellen, haben beide miserables Internet. Die Installation auf iPhone ist sehr einfach und schnell. Auf Android ists nicht so eindeutig und dauert etwas. Also viel Geld habe ich ja nicht bezahlt..also relativ. CHF 7.99.-. Aber 2 statt 3 Tage finden ich betrogen. Deshalb vorab gut informieren. Ich hatte mich für JambiSIM entschieden, weil MobiMatter neu eine eKYC verlangt, die bis zu 10Min. dauere. Dazu hatte ich keine Lust. Aber in Zukund werde ich wohl wider bei MobiMatter einkaufen.

Schade, dass sich die 3 Tage wie 2 angefühlt haben. Der Zähler startet nicht am Kauftermin und nicht bei der Installation. Er startet bei der ersten Verbindung mit einem Partnernetz vor Ort, und ein 3-Tage-Plan läuft dann 72 Stunden. Wer abends verbindet, hat am dritten Kalendertag also nur noch bis zur gleichen Uhrzeit, das wirkt kürzer als drei volle Tage. Schreiben Sie uns an help@jambosim.com mit der Bestellnummer, dann schicken wir Ihnen Start- und Endzeitpunkt aus dem System.
Zum Hotspot: eine Leitung für zwei Geräte teilt die Geschwindigkeit. Auf einem einzelnen Telefon ist das Netz oft in Ordnung, über Hotspot für eine zweite Person spürbar langsamer. Die Installation auf dem iPhone ist bewusst der kurze Weg; für Android ergänzen wir die Schritte.

Even onderzoek gedaan waarbij bleek dat wanneer je de limiet van 3gb per dag overschrijdt de snelheid terugvalt.
Dit had mijns inziens duidelijker aangegeven kunnen worden. Dit was dan anders wel door mij als 5 gewaardeerd.

Bedankt voor de heldere review. Fijn dat betaling, installatie en de snelheid tot de daglimiet goed waren.
Je hebt gelijk over de 3 GB per dag. Bij Unlimited geldt volle snelheid tot 3 GB per dag, daarna valt het terug naar ongeveer 1 Mbps. Voor wie meer dan 3 GB per dag nodig heeft, is een vaste bundel (bijvoorbeeld 20 GB of 50 GB) de betere keuze. Dat hoort duidelijker bij de prijs te staan, vóór het afrekenen, niet pas na eigen uitzoekwerk. We zullen de tekst op de planpagina daarop aanpassen.
Hopelijk zien we je terug bij je volgende trip!

przykro nam, że prędkość była tak niska. 1–5 Mbps to za mało na normalne korzystanie z internetu i rozumiemy rozczarowanie.
Dwie rzeczy, które często to tłumaczą. W planach Unlimited pełna prędkość obowiązuje do 3 GB dziennie, potem spada do około 1 Mbps — hotspot zużywa ten limit szybko. Poza limitem prędkość zależy też od lokalnej sieci partnerskiej i obciążenia w danym miejscu; czasem pomaga ręczne przełączenie sieci.
Napisz na help@jambosim.com z numerem zamówienia i miejscem, w którym było wolno. Sprawdzimy plan i sieć i powiemy, co da się zrobić.

Was unable to get the eSIM working
Was unable to get the eSIM working. Contacted support , but it was never resolved. Have used other eSIM providers with no issue. Complete waste of money - will not use Jambosim again.

In Frankreich zum Surfen nicht geeignet
In Frankreich nur sporadisch zum Surfen nutzbar. Meisten miserable Verbindung. Wenn die Verbindung mal gut ist und man den Hotspot nutzt, ist nach ca 3 GB Schluss und gar nicht mehr nutzbar. Für jemanden der das Internet braucht absolut nutzlos.

Jambo! Es tut uns leid, dass die Verbindung in Frankreich so unzuverlässig war — das ist nicht das, was wir uns für eine Reise wünschen.
Zwei Punkte, die wir gern prüfen:
Die schwankende Verbindung in Frankreich hängt oft am lokalen Partnernetz. Bitte einmal manuell zwischen den verfügbaren Netzen wechseln (in Frankreich in der Regel Orange oder Bouygues) und Data Roaming für die JamboSim-Leitung einschalten.
Wenn die Leitung nach rund 3 GB, vor allem über Hotspot, praktisch steht, passt das zu einem Unlimited-Tarif: dort gelten 3 GB pro Tag mit voller Geschwindigkeit, danach wird auf ca. 1 Mbps gedrosselt. Für dauerhaftes Surfen oder Hotspot ist ein fester Datentarif (z. B. 20 GB / 50 GB) meist die bessere Wahl; den können wir auf dieselbe eSIM aufbuchen.
Super easy and working great
Got several esims from JamboSIM for me and my family during our last holidays, in less than one minute they worked on all phones, never had an issue, I was pleasantly surprise, did not expect this from the low price.

Hatte die Balkan e-sim für 10 Tage (das gibts bei den anderen Anbietern auch nicht) und überall (Bosnien, Montenegro, Serbien) durchgehend super Internet Verbindungen!

I’ve been using Jambosim and have had a really good experience so far.
I also had some interaction with the Jambosim team through my work, and they’ve always been responsive and helpful.
What I like most is that the whole process is pretty straightforward. No unnecessary complications, and the support team is quick to respond whenever there’s a question.
Overall, I’m happy with Jambosim and would definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a travel eSIM.
