Alisha Payne was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our property search. She responded extremely promptly and was very helpful. James Douglas Estate Agents in Pontypridd, South Wales were our letting agents and then helped us sell our rental property. We dealt mainly with Matthew Birt, who was efficient and friendly at all times. He conducted all viewings for us and provided regular information on progress and we valued his advice and guidance in the sales process. He was ably assisted by Levi, and Kelsey, who negotiated the sale for us. Finally, Susannah Lewis, who was our dedicated Sales Progressor, also kept us informed and assisted us as the sale progressed. We were very pleased to get completion of the sale in just over two months. Thank you and well done one and all.
Worst agency. At first they say student friendly but need a UK home owner guarantor with more than £50000 a year which is ridiculous.
Secondly, my agreement ended on 3rd November and deposit still not returned after 2 months. Landlord asking for charges which is stupid and does not make sense.
Will not recommend anyone going to this agency and taking any house as the process is very bad!!!
