Laura at Janes Porter was so helpful…
Laura at Janes Porter was so helpful and made choosing the right ring such an easy process. We wanted to have a look round to compare other rings and prices in Argyll Arcade and she said that was fine but that we’d ‘be back’. And we were!!! The service was above excellent and we would highly recommend Laura and James Porter. Thanks Laura

Came here for our weddings rings and Laura was fabulous! Helped us chose what suited our style and my existing engagement ring. Would highly recommend. 5 star service and all with a smile.

Great online experience
Watch arrived less than 24 hours post order. Box nicely wrapped in tissue paper. Strap adjusted as per request. Day and date set. Tough but -1 star as time not set. But overall execllent.

I can only thank all the nice staff and in particular Margaret Anne who served us and was professional, informative, honest and straight. Lynn my partner got exactly what she was looking for a beautiful ring, she was very emotional and the staff made it a very lovely experience.

Exceptional Service
I spent months searching for the perfect engagement ring for my partner and Laura helped me find just that!
She was so polite, helpful, knowledgable and most importantly she listened to the description I gave her and delivered.
Once she presented me with a couple of rings she shown me one more and that was the one that changed mine and my partners life indefinitely for the better 😊!!
She was very professional and is a credit to the company. Would recommend James Porter to any of my friends, great service and perfect ring!
