Order arrived within 24h. Excellent quality webbing and stretching tool. Very well packaged.
Would be great if it was easy to do click and collect via the website instead of needing to phone as the delivery is quite pricey but excellent quality.

Could be more careful packaging
Good product and delivered in a reasonable time frame.
Unfortunately the items were not boxed and just wrapped in bubble wrap inside a plastic bag and as a result one of the sofa legs sustained minor damage to it. It was a fairly small ding and won't show the way I will be using it, but it would be nice if they took more care in packing.
