I agree with other comments I have seen here. The quality of the material is not as good as I expected/hoped, and they didn't fit. I have been trying for weeks to return them, but only receive offers to send me different sizes or give me a partial refund. Not at all satisfactory!

Returns are impossible!
Item was received after weeks of waiting. It wasn't suitable. As noted on their Returns section - I contacted via email and have been in discussions via email back and forth for weeks now trying to get a refund (and will happily return the item!) They've now offered me a 30% refund. I definitely won't be ordering here again - it's much too much hassle to return unsuitable items!

I never get my order
I never get my order , and all the time send email say my order already received. I am go to pos office too and they never have my order . I don’t know why all the time say my order already send without tell me the reason. I try contact yum express,the phone not working . I am order 4 bag cost me 250 dollar but I never received and see what kind my order and like what my order . Company just send email check you mail box and go post office . I am already do and nothing . How this is to be settle !! I am always order in Amazon and Alibaba everything come to my house is smooth and if the order No come they help me check and give me number usps but this company zero help and just say check mail box or usps .

I love the print SO BRIGHT! I got so many compliments when I wore the shirt to a Jimmy Buffett concert. They do seem to be slow with shipping and sizing is somewhat larger than normal

Don't order from Them!
I ordered a dress. The print is not what I expected. I've contacted them multiple times at their "Support" email to get a return label for a refund. They won't send it! If I get a response it's a they are still processing. This is two months later...no label to return. Don't buy from this company!

Do not buy from here. If clothes don't fit they will not let you return them. Only if damaged upon arrival. The material is not high quality and cotton/linen is more like super thin polyester.

Said it was cotton shirt but after reading reviews found it was POLYESTER. They would not cancel. Had to stop payment with my bank. CROOKS DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Do not order from Jammy Job! This company will scam you. I ordered a shirt from them and the site said it would be made out of cotton linen and the shirt I received looked nothing like the shirt I ordered. The material is the cheapest material you have ever seen. The shirt I ordered was beige and they sent me an orange shirt. I wouldn't wear this shirt to a trash dump. It is horrible and I have written them over and over and they lie to me. They say that the site describes the shirt correctly, but it doesn't. DO NOT ORDER FROM JAMMY JOB! I would give them no stars if I could.

Misleading false advertising
Similar experience to other customers. Ordered a shirt that stated cotton/linen in the title. Shirt is completely manmade. Print is blurry. Was informed that it's 60% manmade. No way to verify as there is no tag in the shirt. Absolutely horrid and unwearable.

Not what I ordered
The shirt I received is not the shirt I ordered. The colors are wrong and the fabric, advertised as cotton and linen, is a cheap synthetic. I asked for a refund but was told that the shirt I received is 95% identical to the shirt I ordered. That is patently untrue. I will never order from them again.
After the above was posted online, Jammy Job replied with an offer of a discount on my next order. How ironic is that!? Why would I, or anyone, want to order from them ever again, given the evidence that I not only would not receive what I ordered but also would not be given a refund. They say on their website that refunds are gladly given but that is clearly untrue. This company's advertising is fraudulent.

Horrible product and customer service
Horrible product and customer service. It took a month to get me my order and the product was unacceptable. I have ask for a refund numerous times and I’m just being ignored. DO NOT by from this company!
They do not stand behind their word and they have false advertising!
