I was told by my Sister what a great opportunity it was to be able to order the emergency meds and that I should order some for myself. I am so glad that I did! Not only is the product very nice but the customer service is fast and very helpful! I will be ordering again soon for the rest of the family!

Communication after order was sparse, but customer service was excellent. I guess that Jase is struggling to keep-up with demand, and the supply chain issues aren’t helping. While I have not received the case and booklet yet, I did get the antibiotics in a reasonable time. That’s the most important thing. I will definitely order with Jase again, and recommend them to others.

Unhappy Customer Turns Raving Fan
I ordered my first Jase Case in November 2021 and received the meds but no case. Due to backorder or supply chain or whatever. Was continually told "2 weeks" or "soon". Finally in February 2022 after watching my wife (and other people) purchase their Jase cases and receiving both meds and case, i grew angry. Angry enough to post on social media that Jase didn't understand the concept of when new cases come in they go out to the people who have been waiting longest FIRST!
You are quite fortunate that Anna Beach was the one who handled my case. It was she who talked me off the ledge, got my case to me within 2 days and apologized on behalf of the company. I understand growing pains and high demand..... but 3 months of waiting with no real resolution left me with a sour taste. Anna fixed all that and turned it around. She was very articulate and well spoken. You best keep her around. My wife and i will be ordering again as soon as we can. And we tell others when possible. Of course I never posted my complaints to social media. And will never do so, thanks to Anna. Kudos to her. I know we aren't supposed to mention names or call people out, but you need to know she is a valuable asset to your organization. Listen to her advice on FIFO inventory please. Well done Anna.

I was told that I would receive a case (which I really don't care about) and, most important, a guide book. I do care about the guide book. I received neither. They said I could reach out at any time with questions. I have emailed them FIVE times requesting either the guide book or a way to download it. They do not answer -- not ever. Find another way to get your antibiotics. They are extremely speedy taking your money, but you won't hear from them again. Highly disappointed.
UPDATE: I received the case & booklet today, 5/7, which I was very glad to receive the booklet for sure. So they did fulfill their end there. I didn't get responses from emails. I don't know why, but I do have all the dated emails I tried to send. That being said, I did recommend them to a friend for emergency antibiotics, and they did purchase. I'm happy with the service and the meds, just not the communication.

BUYERS BEWARE: I am super pissed at Jase Medical right now. On December 28th I paid $259 and only got the meds, no bag and no instruction bulletin. They have told me that they have a different supply system for Youtube influencers (who advertise a full kit)???? and the remaining items will follow but so far nothing. To me they are engaging in deceptive advertising!

Jase medical is a great company. The one thing I was missing in keeping prepared for any disaster or long term shortages was antibiotics. This kit goes perfect with my first aid kit and other long term preparedness.

As a mother of 4 I can’t tell you the piece of mind I’ve had ever sense purchasing my 3 antibiotic kits from Jase medical. I feel nervous with the uncertainty of the world and now, at least I have confidence that I could take care of my child’s needs.

I purchased the antibiotic pack for 250.00 back in November of 2021 and still have not received it or an update about my order! This is a scam!

I received the antibiotics to include two z packs, a round each of doxycycline, Cipro and metronidazole with no case and no booklet. I emailed them about it and they said they would get them out to me and included the booklet in PDF format in the reply email.
UPDATE: Last week I received the Jase medical bag and the book. I was surprised at the high quality of the bag and I think the book is excellent for general information. I'm a nurse and my husband is a microbiologist and have a better understanding of how antibiotics work. But this booklet is perfect for those who just need to know which antibiotic to use for what. We were so impressed by the kit that I ordered, my husband ordered one for himself and we are spreading the word! I upped my rating from 3 to 5 stars for the quick and courteous response and excellent product.

I feel like my emergency supply is now and perfect and complete. Peace of mind product for sure. I did buy mine before they came out with their case so it just came in a prescription box but they sent me a case when I asked so be sure and ask for one if you purchased before they came out with their case.
