Do not buy from these cowboys!! I bought a cordless vacumn from them but you cannot get replacement Heppa filters anywhere. So basically it's useless!! I will never buy Chinese rubbish ever again!!!
Customer service is unreachable. Their listed customer service number listed on the machine, user guide and windows not work. I really wanted to get the machine to work, but there is an issue with the connectors. With no customer service, I might as well trash the unit.
I bought a V16 for my mother and a V18 for myself, after a couple of years both vacuum's batteries died, no replacement is available, no answer from the assistance.

Needed a new water canister as the gasket was leaking. I called and emailed and no response. Now I'm trying to find a replacement water canister or a gasket that will fit. I will never buy from this company again. I don't even know if its still in business. I know Walmart sells their vacuums still.
I bought a Jashen S16E vacuum cleaner with two batteries from the Aliexpress JASHEN Official Store on 2022-01-27.Order ID:
8145651334987159. One battery did not work immediately after downloading. The store sent a new one in its place. However, over the years, the other two batteries also failed. Now I have a pretty good cleaner and three non-working batteries. This batteries in our country does not repair. One battery turns off on its own after switching on. The second battery turns on, but works only at medium power and does not work turbo brush. The third battery turns on, but works only at medium power, the turbo brush does not work and turns off itself.
The item is spam, the 2-year warranty is not valid, the store does not respond to letters.

Vacuum cleaner stopped working after ~12 months. They have several customer service lines and each of them provides no response whatsoever. Will have to go in the tip. False economy
I would rather not have give any stars, this hoover packed in working after 6 months, I am fed up e mailing the company and getting zero replies, cant get my money back, they just ignore you, dont buy anything from this crap company and crap product.
