They then stopped replying to my emails. Months later I still have no machine no contact and no refund

Their support email address must have stopped working - just like the coffee machine.

Bought a Beko coffee machine from JavaHub and was initially quite happy with the product - for about 4 weeks that is, until the machine decided it would stop working. (Note that this machine only made a maximum of a dozen shots)
JavaHub "Customer Service" asked me to to film the issue and forward the video to them. I chased for a response, only to be told that I would have to contact the manufacturer instead to get an "uplift number" to validate a replacement.
Armed with an uplift number (can't get in to the pain of that process...), I contacted JavaHub to arrange the replacement. Silence.......... Same result after multiple attempts.
Their support email address must have stopped working - just like the coffee machine.
AVOID.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! CANCELLED ORDER OF COFFEE MACHINE. NO REFUND AFTER MONTHS OF TRYING FOR MONTHS! AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE STOLEN £540 OF MY MONEY AND COULDNT CARE LESS! THEY DONT RESPOND TO MESSAGES AND YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM VIA PHONE! THEY ARE CROOKS! AVOID!

Aeropress

I bought an Aeropress from this website with no issues. A lot of people seem to not like them though. They had the best price available for a new Aeropress Go anywhere on the internet which I think is quite impressive. It is clearly a brand new legit Aeropress.

It did take 20 days to arrive even though I am in the UK. But I did select economy delivery.

They also sent me an email asking for a "positive review", when I feel they should just ask for a "review", as it is assumed that they would be happier with a positive one. They never gave me free coffee I was promised.

I ordered a grinder from here, no issues

I ordered a grinder from here. Fast quick delivery would recommend, not sure of the bad reviews but suspect that may have been caused by the UK Shipping issues a few months ago

Very good value for money!

Very pleased with the coffee I ordered from JavaHub. It was delivered quickly and tastes great. Very good value for money, especially with their loyalty rewards.

Happy repeat customer

I’ve ordered coffee from here on 2 occasions now. Both times I ordered 2 different bags of whole beans and I’ve enjoyed them all. Good coffee beans make a real difference and it says something that I’m a repeat customer. No delays with shipments and will be buying again, especially with the monthly discount from signing up to the news letter.

Great coffee will order again…

Second time I have ordered a couple of different bags for my cafetière and loving the coffee, getting a great full flavour without any bitterness. Easy to order, good delivery and liking the new resealable bags. Will definitely be ordering again!

Would definitely recommend the coffee!

Despite the reviews I have read on here, I have no complaints! I ordered a gooseneck kettle for my boyfriend for his birthday in April, it came in a few days along with the coffee. The coffee is wonderful! I have since bought more coffee from them which again came quickly and was delicious. Would definitely recommend their coffee :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a coffee machine and was given excuses for several weeks delays then I was offered an alternative machine which I accepted but it was never sent. They cancelled my order by never refunded me. Appalling service and no responses. I only got my refund through my credit card dispute service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company steals your money by allowing you to place an online order and then never fulfilling your order or refunding the money. I wish I would have done my research and seen all the other negative reviews saying the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.

JAVAHUB must be reported!

Unfortunately, I have found myself in the same exact position as everyone else. They have taken my money (£200), zero sight of ever getting my order, false promises from megan about border delays etc. It has only been 21 days since my order but I would be an idiot to expect a different result than what others have reported. After 30 days I will request refund but Im doubtful I will receive anything.

Im now of the opinion that JavaHub must be stopped. Their slick website, T&Cs etc are only going to perpetuate a longer queue of consumer victims. They clearly have no product and never intend to ship anything.

I have reported them to the BBC Watchdog programme in hopes that they will highlight this fraudulent company. I would suggest others follow suit in reporting them to BBC or similar programme. If not to get your own money back but to protect future victims

Avoid at all costs

Very similar experience to a lot of the people here. Ordered a machine on the 27th and still have not received it. Emailed customer support and was told to wait another week on two separate occasions. It's all gone quiet and by the look of other reviews, won't be getting a response soon. Would avoid ordering from this company.

How does this company still exist?

I bought a coffee grinder but cancelled the order before it had even been dispatched by Java hub coffee, so I requested a refund which I got a confirmation through to say it would be processed in 7-10 days. Long story short and countless emails (with no replies) later and still no refund (had been around 40 days since I got a confirmation of a refund) I have passed this matter over to my Credit Card company.

Avoid like the plague

I placed an order for a Sage Duo Temp Pro coffee machine at the end of February (£370). I received no order confirmation until I chased for one myself.

I recieved an email a week later telling me that my order had been cancelled as they were unable to fulfill it (it seems odd to mark a product as 'in stock' on your website while clearly not having said stock at all).

They offered me a refund, which of course I accepted, as the alternative appears to have been to just wait and hope for some stock to appear, and this refund was supposedly processed the same afternoon as the cancellation took place.

I waited the stated 3-10 days for my refund to come through... nothing. I give a couple days extra for any covid related technical difficulties... nothing. So I contact them through their online chat and recieve a very polite (but clearly scripted) message apologising. A director will be in contact and the refund will be reprocessed... Wonderful.

Or it would have been wonderful had either of those things happened (neither did).

This lead to a string of events that felt like groundhod day. No refund, I try and contact them, canned response, no refund, repeat. Until I start to recieve no response at all through their chat... hmm.

At this point I try to contact them through other means; instagram, facebook (both of which they seem active on and would definitely see a private message), through their support email (which gives zero support and no replies) and over the phone over a number that you have to dig hard to find and rings through to answer phone no matter which option you choose (ironically directing you to contact them through their online chat).

After 2 months of this happening and recieving absolutely zero meaningful customer support, zero products received and zero sign of a refund showing in my account, I try the web chat again, in an incognito window with a different email. Success! After months of being ignored I finally get a canned response again (which makes it seem like they'd blacklisted me after they decided they had no intention of helping).

Naturally, this came to nothing and as soon as I requested a refund the chat was silent once more.

I have eventually had to charge the purchase back on my credit card and left it to them to resolve the issue. I tried to be as polite and understanding as I possibly could throughout this saga, and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt given their small size and that times are hard during the current covid pandemic, however this experience has been truly awful and I could not be paid to shop with Javahub ever again.

If I could give less than 1 stars then I absolutely would. I can not stress how much I would encourage anyone reading this to shop literally anywhere else.

Purchased a moccamaster one cup, arrived 1 week later broken 😠 wouldn’t switch on. Java arranged a Pick up next day. Constantly had to chase this company, they don’t reply to emails etc.. was ment to get a email when they received the machine back etc... wouldn’t recommend at all. Utter shambles I’m awaiting a refund so I can buy from Amazon prime. Save your hard earned cash and spend els where.

When contacted, which I always had to initiate, there were constant repeated & vague excuses - brexit, clearing customs, delivery expected, be out to you ASAP. Eventually asked for a refund - 7 weeks later and still waiting for it. Now I will have to pursue legal action to get my money back. I will be contacting both my credit card company and trading standards.

I ordered the same machine from elsewhere when I realised that Javahub weren’t going to honour the delivery ... it arrived the next day and they had stated that they’d had no problems importing the machines from Europe.
