Terrible experience!
I ordered the kit and after receiving it was told they were bringing on a new dentist or orthodontist which I found odd but anyway.
I did the first bit of the kit and sent photos as requested, days went by and no response so I followed up and again no response.
I finally received something back almost a week later.
Whatever excitement I had to utilise Jawology went away when they wouldn't reply.
Then on March 6th I get an email saying Jawology is now open... what were they before?
Very confusing and I'm out of pocket for the impression kit.

When I initially started comparing clear aligner brands, I wasn’t sure about Jawology because they didn’t have a massive online presence but I’m so glad I went with them. They exceeded my expectations in every way. After going to the dentist for the initial scan, they sent me the treatment plan for my future smile and asked me to review. I even had the opportunity to provide feedback regarding how I wanted my teeth to look and they took it onboard in the treatment modelling stage. From payment to when I received my aligners, it was only 4 weeks, which is super fast. And I was kept updated every few days on the status of my aligners. And to top it off, they only charge a fraction of what the bigger brands do for the same service & quality. Big thank you to Jawology. I’m really grateful for their service and will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for aligners.

While I’m yet to start my treatment and can’t comment on results, I just need to praise the team for their great customer service. I ask a lot a questions and they have been swift and patient in responding which has really boosted my confidence in the process and I look forward to starting treatment. I was a bit weary initially considering the price of treatment, but so far I’ve only been proven wrong and hopefully I’ll be able to give an honest review on the treatment process itself aswell.
