Terrible experience!
I ordered the kit and after receiving it was told they were bringing on a new dentist or orthodontist which I found odd but anyway.
I did the first bit of the kit and sent photos as requested, days went by and no response so I followed up and again no response.
I finally received something back almost a week later.
Whatever excitement I had to utilise Jawology went away when they wouldn't reply.
Then on March 6th I get an email saying Jawology is now open... what were they before?
Very confusing and I'm out of pocket for the impression kit.

Firstly, we’re really sorry for the confusion and the lack of communication you experienced. During that period we were going through a short closure and relaunch while improving our clinical workflow, including bringing in additional clinicians and monitoring tools to improve the overall treatment experience for patients. Unfortunately, this created a period of instability where some enquiries and submissions were not handled as quickly or clearly as they should have been.
We take this very seriously and have since taken steps to fix the issue and stabilise our systems and support processes so that patients receive timely responses going forward.
We also don’t want you to be out of pocket for an experience that wasn’t smooth, so we’ve just processed a full refund for your impression kit.
Thank you as well for taking the time to provide this feedback. It genuinely helps us improve the experience for future patients. We are now fully reopened and operating normally, and we’re committed to learning from what happened during that transition period.
If you would ever like to revisit treatment in the future, we’d be more than happy to help.

Fantastic service. Can’t recommend them enough. Clear, prompt communication and very fast turnaround time on my aligners. When I initially started comparing clear aligner brands, I wasn’t sure about Jawology because they didn’t have a massive online presence but I’m so glad I went with them. They exceeded my expectations in every way. After going to the dentist for the initial scan, they sent me the treatment plan for my future smile and asked me to review. I even had the opportunity to provide feedback regarding how I wanted my teeth to look and they took it onboard in the treatment modelling stage. From payment to when I received my aligners, it was only 4 weeks, which is super fast. And I was kept updated every few days on the status of my aligners. And to top it off, they only charge a fraction of what the bigger brands do for the same service & quality. Big thank you to Jawology. I’m really grateful for their service and will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for aligners.

Really impressed!
While I’m yet to start my treatment and can’t comment on results, I just need to praise the team for their great customer service. I ask a lot a questions and they have been swift and patient in responding which has really boosted my confidence in the process and I look forward to starting treatment. I was a bit weary initially considering the price of treatment, but so far I’ve only been proven wrong and hopefully I’ll be able to give an honest review on the treatment process itself aswell.

We are sorry that we used United States Post Service instead of DHL, which was the delivery method that was stated at our checkout. We did not however over charge you, as a shipping charge of $4.95USD was still required to ship out your Night Tape at the time, regardless of which shipping method was used.
I hope to earn your trust again soon and we have made sure we are using the exact couriers advertised at checkout, or on our pages going forward.
