Ionel was fantastic, arrived ahead of time and helped me out my stuff into storage as well which wasn’t originally part of the service so I was genuinely pleased. I employed J Cargo’s services on two separate occasions for my house move. On each occasion, Nelu was fantastic, providing punctuality and efficiency.

He packed the van in a very secure way; nothing was left rolling about in the back, everything was intact and in the condition it loaded in.

The drive was smooth and without issue both times; he’s also one of the better parallel-parkers I’ve met.

The company was able to provide me a good quote and well explanatory with there term and condition. most of all the Driver was very punctual and assured me well with a good driving experience all through the trip.

We recently moved from west London to east London and urgently needed a reliable removals person to help move our belongings on the same day.

Thankfully, Ionel was available and luckily not far away. He was able to come early which was ideal and was incredibly helpful and efficient at loading and unloading our belongings in a safe, efficient, and considerate manner.

Ionel was a very friendly person to speak with and handled all our belongings with care. He is an excellent driver so rest assured, your belongings will transport with ease. Also, Ionel was an incredibly patient driver and was very calm throughout the drive, which we really appreciated. His transit van was the ideal size for our belongings too! Ionel was a really pleasant conversationalist as well, which I admired.

Truthfully, if I could give Ionel and J Cargo a higher star rating, I would. He will be my go-to removals person for as long as possible. I will recommend him to everyone I know needing their belongings transported. Support this man and his incredible business, because if you don’t, you’re seriously missing out.

I had a great experience, I had to move last minute and everything was a bit of a mess from my packing but the Driver was super helpful and just got straight to work on what he could while I finished the final packing bits ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but in this case I just felt like I had to somehow thank these guys.
During my recent trip to London I needed to have some furniture and also fragile decorative pieces relocated last minute. Fortunately for me, they took up the call and managed to get the job done (and done well) on time despite my short notice.
