Jed and Charlie at JCD are fantastic. They have taken my property off my hands full time leaving me with a passive income. They are in constant contact and very transparent.
I was skeptical that guest may break things but they showed me there tenant screening process and for the past 3 months they have been greats.
Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend JCD, our property management was professional and always kept in close contact.

Hi Will,
Thankyou for your kind words. It has been a pleasure to operate as your managing agent so far and we look forward to what the future holds.

THE JCD TEAM
JCD in one of the best property investors I have encountered in a while. Not only do they extensively know what they are talking about, they also understand the nature and properties of the real estate market. It is truly a wonder to witness such growth and the exceptional ability of these that these young men possess. I recently had an opportunity to work with them and I can fully and proudly say that they better than most real estate investors I've worked with in a while and I've been in the game for far too long so take my word for it.
Cheers!
I recently had the pleasure of working with JCD Real Estate, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They rented a property off me that I was unable to find tenants and provided me with guaranteed rent and they really took good care of the property which was above my expectations. I really am happy that I work with them.
