Been running dedicated game servers over the years but JCloud has been the best so far. Support staff are quick, knowledgeable, and actually help troubleshoot rather than fobbing you off — genuinely rare for hosting. The specs for the price are excellent too, plenty of power for running multiple server instances without issue. Easy to recommend.
Usualy companys use the "24/7 customer service" as a bait to then take days to answer you. This is totaly oposite its crazy hoy they took 10 to 15 mins to answer at 2 AM 10/10 service.
Just had an problem with the bothosting, so i reached out to jcloud and the helped me well they even let me change from bothosting to an KVM server which is even better and has still the same functions, there isnt even an real differens between those two. I will never gonna switch to an diff hosting. Only ❤ to say fr
In general, they are very attentive; whenever you have a question or an issue, they try to solve it as efficiently and quickly as possible.
In my opinion, besides their efficiency, their biggest selling point is their prices, as they fit what I was looking for really well. I recommend the service 100%.
The only thing I can say is that, depending on your location, the ping may vary, but it's nothing too significant.

i've been a subscriber for more than two months now nothing to complain about but few things should be added like a control panel so we can manage our vps without relying on team doing manual installs and shutdowns... Overall it's the best hosting provider i've found.

He estado en este host durante aproximadamente más de 6 meses y he tenido muy buena experiencia, el rendimiento es increíble, el único problema que he tenido ha sido en cuanto a ubicación ya que el ping para algunos jugadores no era muy bueno, aun así todo muy bien el soporte es el mejor siempre responden rápido y son muy atentos!
