JD gym Enfield has been great since it opened. It’s my first membership with the company & I have been very impressed with the variety of cardio machines, resistance machines & free weights and the sauna too. They have it all! Apart from peak times, you never have to wait for anything. The management team & staff are super friendly & helpful and the vibe of the gym is great. Highly recommend to anyone in the local area who wants to train without breaking the bank.

The gym has all of the equipment you could need in a gym. The sauna is lovely and big and the shower cubicles are a decent size too.
Staff are always around if you need help with anything and always purring back weights that people leave on machines. The cleaners are also present as the times I've been there they are around constantly cleaning in changing rooms and gym area

Gym maintenance
Excellent staff engagement driven by the management team ensuring a sense of community with the members. Equipment is always well looked after with hourly resets and gym cleans. Any broken equipment always gets fixed with maximum efficiency.

I’ve been going to JD in Enfield since the day they opened back in November 2025.
It is an amazing gym, I’ve been to every single gym in the area over the years and this one blows them all away completely. It’s always clean, tidy and the range of machines/equipment is ridiculously good for a commerical gym. Also being 24/7 and free parking right outside are huge positives.
Also, Dan always comes and says hello and takes an interest in how I am, what I’m
training that day etc which is really nice.
