Great gym with plenty of classes. I do around 4/5 classes per week with Kellie & she is amazing. She pushes you to your full potential, adjusts exercises to fit your physical needs & even offers free... Voir plus

Good gym, mostly.
Good gym, lots of equipment, and they planned out how they used the space well. I have noticed that some of the equipment has got some notable wear and tear that hasn't been repaired. E.g padding on machine having come loose, or grips on handles having torn off

Joined JD Gym last week and I was really impressed, I have been a member of David Loyd and was paying £120 a month for me and my husband only thing we benefited was the outdoor pool in the summer, JD is really modern plenty of equipment, air conditioning was really cool, very clean and I love the sauna is in the changing room so no men 🫣 haven’t tried any classes yet but I believe there really good especially the Burn class, only negative I can say is there is no pool 😕 but excellent value for money 👌

Easy to sign up
Easy to sign up. Friendly atmosphere, lots of equipment. I felt nervous when I first went but there is no feeling of judgement.
Plenty of staff around if you need help.

Great facilities but too busy!
Great facilities and equipment, but it can get way too busy. If you're going after a 9-5, don't bother. I go at 7am before work and it's still busy then! I think if it was open 24 hours, peak times would be a bit calmer

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

The young lady who ran legs
The young lady who ran legs, bums and Tums at Hunts cross was very helpful. As i have never attended a gym class and hadn't been in a gym since 2014.
But the ladies locker room needs more lighting, as i struggled to open my locker. This was due to it being too dim to see the numbers on my padlock.
