Hello – Thanks for the review. We’re really sorry that you were unable to gain access to the gym. If you are ever struggling, there is a green button available near the entrance/exit which will alert a member of staff to come over and assist further.

Fantastic staff
Fantastic staff, Dave and Chantelle are so lovely, always take the time to come speak and make you feel welcome.
So much choice in the gym, all new and well kept equipment too.
Here 3 or 4 times a week, see the same faces - feels like a little community.

Ever since JD gyms was introduced here
Ever since JD gyms was introduced here, it has been the gym to come to. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the layout of the gym is fantastic and it’s always so clean. The staff are always on the floor making sure no weights are laying around the floor. I love coming everyday and working out.

Great Staff and Clean Gym
The staff are all super lovely! Always clean ladies room and gym space.
Any lost jewellery has always been returned! Any issues the staff resolve quickly and discreetly

Very dirty gym needs to clean more. Plus very expensive. I personally missed the old gym LSF

Nightmare trying to cancel membership
I don't like the gym so wanted to cancel my membership. I've never came across anything like this before with how difficult they make it to cancel a simple membership. You have to submit a request online and they take up to 21 days to respond. They then ask you for the same details you submitted on the request to cause yet further delays. E.g I submitted my email address on the cancel request form. They emailed back to said email asking for my email! You can't make it up. Good to see numerous other people on social media who hold similar thoughts on this issue. Direct debit will be getting cancelled soon, I've tried doing it their way.

It equipment is absolutely fantastic…
It equipment is absolutely fantastic and lay out really good. Shower and changing facilities good. Only annoying thing is no water on top floor which is frustrating, especially as all The cardio machines are upstairs. Would have been 5 stars otherwise
