My favourite gym to go to by far
My favourite gym to go to by far. Spacious and has all the right equipment. Bonus with the sauna. Taking off one star because the app doesn’t show how busy the gym is, like other gyms offer, which is a very handy feature for in particular busy people who wants to sneak in a gym session.

Cancellation procedure for “no contract membership” is non existent. Multi million pound company scamming customers like this is disgusting!!

Unprofessional (resolved)
Emailing now asking for availability of PT and not even getting a reply. I would understand if they would reply and say no one is available but no reply at all is just plain rude and unprofessional
The team got in touch after my review here which i really appreciate as it shows they are following up on their customers feedback. I will change it to 3 stars till i start hitting the Gym. Thanks again

There was no staff to be seen on my first visit and I had trouble with the QR code. It didn’t feel like a welcoming environment for that reason as there was no staff around to greet members.

We're really sorry that you didn't find anyone on hand to help. Our Managers or Personal Trainers could have been busy helping other people at the time. What we'll do is pass your feedback on to the gym Manager so that they can ensure their team is circulating the gym and making themselves available to members as much as possible.

At first glance it looks great but…
At first glance it looks great but there are several things stopping it from achieving a higher rating:
1. Lack of air con in the weights section - it can get very hot.
2. Lack of cable attachments (despite lots of cable machines).
3. For half of the cable machines there are no labels on the weight advising you of how much weight you have selected.
4. It is very messy! It's one of the most poorly cleaned gyms I've been too. Leftover water bottles and energy drinks are all over the weight section and weights are never replaced to where they should be (gym attendees should take the blame here but staff should enforce the policies and ensure that it is tidy).
Nevertheless it is a very spaced out gym with plenty of benches, cables, and racks. If the above is resolved it would be 5 out of 5.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our maintenance team, however if you have any concerns about the facilities in club, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
We also try our best to encourage our members to return the weights after use. Our fabulous staff are always on hand to help with returning the weights so if you are ever struggling, please don't hesitate to ask!

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

Sometimes way to busy ( which can’t be helped ) and a lot of the weight machines are out of order but apart from that can’t fault it , great atmosphere!!

joined last week process very easy, cost per month is within my limits, staff very helpful and accommodating since I'm new to gym work, PT I selected is very good to work with, encouraging and very supportive with all the aspects of my exercise plan.

Nice clean well equipped gym ,has plenty of space between apparatus. There are plenty of staff to give advice and help if you need it. It can get quite busy at times but I'm just new to this gym and I'm sure I'll find a time suitable for me.
