I love how easy it is to enter and leave it’s clean plenty of room and I especially like the women only area great when your a first timer

Very spacious, variety of classes , very friendly and supportive staff members
I’ve had a really great experience at this gym. The facilities are excellent, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and everything is always clean and organised. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff are professional, helpful, and approachable.
There’s a great range of equipment, so you can have a proper workout without constantly waiting for machines. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to train, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with a great atmosphere.

Gym is fairly clean
Gym is fairly clean. Decent selection of machines/equipment.
Too hot though, especially the last few days. Unbearable to workout in that heat.
Why not put the air-con on?

I really like the gym and the building…
I really like the gym and the building size, there is a great range of equipment, however you could do with a few of the popular machines being duplicated, plate loaded chest machines and back machines especially 😁

Just not a great gym or environment
No matter what time of day, the gym is constantly busy. The amount of parking is too generous for the amount of machines at the gym. I find the demographic of people there are rude and class it as a non friendly environment for casual gym-goers (3 times per week in my case). I'll be looking to cancel my membership after only one week and return to PureGym.

STOLEN PROPERTY
Someone stole my mums phone complained to staff they were hesitant to look at CCTV camera. They have not increased their security. And told me their CCTV camera doesnt cover certain areas of the public area of machines used both by men and women. What is the point of CCTV if it does not cover the whole area? What if a women got sexually abused or attacked or someone put a weapon out their cameras would not even cover it for evidence. Its quite digusting. And speaking to more customers more people are having their stuff stolen. You start to question is the staff members involved. They need to increase their security and think more for the customers.

Hello – Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We’re sorry to hear about what happened to your mum’s phone and understand how upsetting this must be. For privacy and data‑protection reasons, CCTV coverage does not extend into all areas of the gym, particularly where members would reasonably expect privacy. We’d always advise members to keep personal belongings with them where possible or securely stored in the lockers, and to avoid bringing valuables into the gym. If a theft is suspected, we strongly recommend reporting this to the police, who are best placed to investigate and advise on next steps.

I feel the music seems to be wrong…
I feel the music seems to be wrong selections and they seem to repeat regularly I come in at set times due to work shifts and I see to hear same music I get abit fed up of hearing the same music especially for motivation purposes plus its not what id call gym music. Other then that I enjoy the friendly atmosphere but can get abit frustrated when waiting around to use set equipment if already occupied.
