This review doesn’t accurately reflect what happened. The only issue reported to us was a creaking noise from the camber arm bushes on an order placed nearly 12 months ago and well outside our returns period. No photos, videos or other evidence were provided for us to assess the alleged fault. The other issue mentioned in this review was never reported to us, so we had no opportunity to assist with it.

We responded to the issue that was actually raised and provided support by email.
