JD Seasonings Avis 

Placed order arrived very quickly but in side 2 of the packets said bolognese but was pea risotto I don't mind but would like the recipe card to go with it. I have emailed 3 times and had nothing .
Will definitely think before buying g again .

I ordered on 6th May and it’s 21st May delivered it was reordered twice by the customer service team. Appalling service. Having read previous reviews with one star, I wish I had read them before I ordered.
I was contacting them to say I had not received my order. Very poor delivery service.
if I had not I would still be waiting and
£37 was taken immediately.
I won’t be ordering again!.

I received my first box today and have used my first one. I'm so pleased. The order process was easy and I was kept updated with delivery information. The order was really well packaged and I'm impressed with the first one I've used- delicious. I'm looking forward to using more of these.

Dreadful customer service. Almost entirely nonexistent. They will not answer the phone for love nor money. They will give you the absolute runaround and treat you like a total mug. It does honestly feel like they’re laughing at you after a while. Avoid.

Missing items in order. When I telephoned i was assured they would be reissued. 2 weeks later I emailed to chase as I couldn't get through on phone. 3 weeks still waiting. Disappointing

I placed an order on the 30th Jan spent over £37 to get first class delivery, just received an email from Royal mail saying they've only just got it despite being dispatched 2 days ago, will be delivered Friday 6th Tracked48, bit disappointing that I place a big order to ensure 1st Class shipping as stated on your website.

Tried to contact you about this using your online contact form which is pointless, only let's you fill the message part & not actually the requested information 🥴

This is my 4th order from yourself, not impressed. If your not going to honour free 1st Class shipping you shouldn't be advertising on your website, misleading.

I have ordered from this company before with no problem the order received in a company box well packed.
My order today was a total disgrace just thrown in an unsuitable flimsy card envelope and the contents in a poor condition

ordered and their system changed it to old address, took zero responsibility

So I felt I had to place my review even before I tried the spice boxes in my order.
Like most people I checked trust pilot before I placed my order.
I nearly didn't order due to some reviews.
I went ahead placing my order on Wednesday before 2pm, received a free pot due to my order and had my fingers crossed.
Friday lunch time I received my order ( and free pot) and payment was no problem.
I don't know what happened to the other reviews but mine went perfectly well.... Going to try my pots tonight....

I have just ordered 2 different boxes one
Family Favourites and one Americas Collection and they have the same seasoning in each box. Apart from about 5 are only different.

So disappointed so far. Tried the chicken Tikka masala. The overriding taste is of tinned tomatoes with a slight kick. Not much of a curry taste.some left but will go in the bin. What a waste of all those ingredients. Still got three pots. Got Fahita and Shepherds pie to try.

Just ordered my second bundle, all the ones I've tried so far have been amazing (shawarma is a firm favourite) delivery was quick too, can't wait to try them all

The taco seasoning is delicious and cannot wait to try the rest. Highly recommend

I'm not sure how they took £85 from my bank account but I cannot get in touch with them to tell them that I did not shop with them

I’ve used JD Seasonings for years but my last order is missing and I’m absolutely appalled by the non existent customer service . The phone line doesn’t work and no one responds to emails , instagram messages . Disgusting to take money from account and not be able to provide any sort of correspondence. Sort it out JD Seasonings I can see from the recent reviews a lot of people are having the same problem . You’ll be losing customers !

After placing my order I received no confirmation email or order number. They very quickly took the money from by bank account though. The free phone number provided was non existent and I had no response from my emails and Facebook messaging. I did however receive my package but the first correspondence came from Royal mail.
I will not be using this company again.

Would of been no stars if it was an option. Received my order today totally empty box tried to call but no answer

My package was sent to the incorrect address and it has an item missing. I've made numerous attempts to contact the supplier via phone, Facebook Messenger and Facebook. There has been no response at all - yet they are advertising their products on Facebook. So disappointing! I will be informing all of the other ladies and gents at Slimming World.

I had the pea and mint risotto and it was just like tasting mixed herbs. I couldn’t taste any mint whatsoever and the burger blend wasn’t good either.

Honestly, if you have not tried the Chinese Curry then give it a go, amazing is all I can say and healthy too.
