Debbie makes insurance so much easier for me- collating it all together, meeting up yearly to go through the business needs. She makes it a much friendlier yet business like experience

Regarding my last review Jensten did investigate my complaint The outcome was as expected, it was my fault, apparently the call cut off & I did not answer when called back & by coincidence my voicemail failed to work I have experienced no problems with my phone There was nothing preventing them calling me back the next day or since & there was no mention of why the Manager failed to ring me after twice requesting help

A great company to work with especially Debbie Monks, who has looked after us for the last 2 years. Debbie has contacted me and explained everything I needed to know for all business insurance requirements. Hopefully, I’ll be working with her for many years to come (or until I retire)

Darwin Clayton are a great company who we have dealt with for many years, we have individually dealt with Terry Smith, also over a number of years. He is friendly, accurate, nothing is too much trouble and it's great to hear the same voice and sound advice on the phone still after all these years.
