I contacted customer service to report when I received my order and it was missing a makeup brush. The rep was apologetic and said they would ship the brush. I received a package, but it was eye shadow. I reported the error and then the brush was shipped.

This is the best stuff I've ever used it makes your face look great I had only used it when I was going out somewhere nice I didn't want to use it for every day but I'm 63 years old and I need something like that for everyday but I'm really expensive of it and you know it's okay but it looks great on your face it doesn't look caked on it's smooth even if you have a little bit of wrinkles it still looks great and it stays on I'm thinking I probably should have got maybe a little darker color for summer but it matches my skin good it's great stuff I should have been ordering it for a long time but like I said when I go out just to everyday I just use cheap stuff and I'm going to the point I can't use cheap stuff everyday anymore

Love the makeup in the tube
Love the makeup in the tube. However, I received my last order and it came in a spray can. I do NOT like this makeup. It smears on the face and leaves you with a real stripped look bother face

Never got the product and never got a response from customer support. Dont waste your time or money. I now have to contest using my bank. Don t have time for this.
In addition they send an email asking me to rate the product when you can see by the tracking I never got it. Poor business practice

I got exactly what I ordered, but I ordered the wrong color because the can I had didn’t have the color on it so I guessed and I was wrong. I sent back an email asking if I could exchange it but I have not heard back.
