They are terrible when it come to…

They are terrible when it comes to customer service support. They do not specify or go into enough details about the process and shipping options. I would not recommend anyone they’re service.

I think they just stole my money

Placed my order 10/22/2019. It is now 3 months later 01/22/2020 and my item is “still in route”. Customer service does nothing but provide a tracking number that tells me a shipping label was created on 10/22/2019. This is ridiculous to say the least.

Update l. Almost 6 months now and still no jersey. They have now stopped replying to me. Got away stealing my money

Decent Quality -- TERRIBLE EVERYTHING ELSE

Jersey was actually good quality once I finally received it. I had ordered the jersey early morning Thanksgiving/Black Friday (11/29). I received an email immediately stating that my order was confirmed. 5 days later (12/4) I received an email stating the order had been shipped with a Chinese tracking number and a link to use in order to track my order. Another 5 days go by (12/9) and I had reached out because I had not received an update and the tracking information provided was not working. I sent an email asking for an update or an estimated delivery date and got a generic reply that once again provided the Chinese tracking number and the link to track the order. At the end of the email it stated that it could take 2-4 weeks for delivery. I then received another email on 12/22 (so 2 weeks after last communication) that stated the shipping status has been updated. I think checked the link and the tracking number as well as my order page from their website and once again it did not provide an estimated delivery date. I still had not received the item ordered as of 1/13 (7 weeks after my order date) so I reached out again to their "support team" I received the exact same email from the exact same person that I had received the first time I reached out. Once again there was no actual assistance in the email providing generic information that was not actually helpful to what I written to them in my request. I then received the item 1/18 so about a week shy from 2 months after I placed the order. As someone who works for a large company in the customer service department I don't care how great the quality of the item was. This was possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was impersonal, unhelpful, and a blatant lie. Don't waste your money, it's not worth it. You can find a good quality jersey elsewhere.

Terrible experience - a fraud

Terrible experience. Read the reviews here, and ignore the obviously fake flood of good ones on October 20&21.

This guy charges your credit card as soon as you place an order, fails to ship, lies about it having shipped it while giving you a fake China Post tracking number, and refuses to cancel the unshipped order.

All you get from the apparently fictional "Vanessa", who appears to send "her" mail from a timezone in central or eastern Europe or Africa, is 2 repeating alternating and unresponsive emails.

Do not order from this company. They advertised a “remembering Juice WRLD” basketball and baseball jerseys for two days only, so I ordered one. That same day, I received TWO separate emails - one telling me my order was cancelled and that they “don’t sell this product anymore” and I would be getting a refund. The other was a confirmation and that my order would ship soon. Fast forward a month, a couple nonsense back and forth emails with terrible customer service, no refund yet and of course, no jersey. Do not order from this sorry “company” if you have self-respect and value your time and money.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed my order 12/18/19 at 10:56 am and paid for expedited shipping. My order shipped this morning.. I contacted the company via email between when I placed my order and today, and got the same automated response but not anything actual or helpful. I honestly just wanted a refund for the shipping cost but I highly doubt I get it. From the other reviews, I’m fearful that I just threw $100 down the drain when I could’ve used it towards an actual honest business.

ordering from this company is a mistake

This is the worst shipping process I’ve ever seen. The problem is they offer 2 to 3 days shipping and charged $20
It has been over four weeks though and I still have not received my jersey. They reply saying the order has shipped but dodge the question when I ask about the $20 I paid for the two day shipping. I ordered this over a week before Christmas and still have not received it
It’s now December 27
I don’t even want the Jersey anymore

warning - avoid

warning, do not get scammed. they charged me more than double and wouldn't respond about the extra charge!!!! It has been over 3 months and still haven't received an order.

Non-delivery and Terrible Customer Service

I order a shirt and jersey combination (Furies Movie The Warriors Baseball Jersey and Pants). The jersey arrived but not the pants. I have contacted Jersey Champs via email and phone regarding the status of the pants. From email, I received the same form response, "Please allow up to 7 business days for the remaining items to be delivered to you." This is after I indicated in my emails that it has been 7, 10, 12, 20 days since receiving the jersey. I have also contacted them by phone. I never received a call back just text. In the texts, they just indicated that they are checking and has been forwarded to a supervisor. This have been going on for 2 weeks after the emails. I have been dealing with this for 6 weeks now and still no resolution. I highly recommend NOT purchasing items through Jersey Champs. If there is any problems with your order it will not be resolved. You are better off going through a more reilable company to save the anguish of dealing with Jersey Champs customer service.

DON'T DO IT ! PLEASE DO NO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !

If I had read the reviews prior to ordering I wouldn't have ordered.
I ordered a baseball cap on Nov 25th and have no tracking info even after being told it was shipped.
I emailed them about this and was offered a $15.00 credit on my next order.
I have not received a tracking number nor product.
Do they really expect me to fall for this offer and place another order ?
I guess they think I'm WILLIE FOO FOO !

DO NOT ORDER from them. Ordered a jersey in middle of November. Emailed as it is supposed to be a Christmas gift. Was told it shipped but it is not marked shipped on my account. Asked for tracking, told I would get it "when it got closer to (me)" that was two weeks ago. I also asked from where it was being shipped and they would not reply to my email. The customer service email is either automatically generated or answered by a non English speaking person. We had an opportunity to get one on EBay and now that is gone and most likely my daughter's gift for her dad will never come. I am about to file a PayPal claim and a BBB claim.

The jerseys I ordered were AWESOME

The jerseys I ordered were AWESOME! VERY well made. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because on my second order, I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I immediately tried to resolve the problem via numerous phone calls, emails and FB messages which were the options I was given and got no response at all and I could not find any way to cancel the order. With it taking 3 weeks to receive the order I now dont have time to reorder the proper size and have it before Christmas. If you leave contact options, it's usually best to make an effort to answer the phone or check your messages.
