Ordered a sample, nothing like the shiny website. Absolutely terrible quality "herringbone effect" half tile sample for £6 plus around £3 postage. Looked like it was made on a photocopier 😂 Plenty of real companies out there send quality samples for free.

Edit after reply: I clearly have no problem paying for a sample under the assumption, brought about according to the website, that the sample and goods are high quality which it (the sample) was not.

I placed a £200 black friday order and I'm in love with the design. Unfortunately, the 3 rolls were wrapped (and probably forcibly shoved) quite tightly into the packaging and a lot of the edges ended up arriving torn and wrinkled. When I raised this to JesRose, I received a "thanks for letting us know" reply, but nothing else offered. This is where I'm torn (pun intended?!); I appreciate this is a small business and I already received discount as part of black Friday, but if everyone else who ordered when in promotion received their order without damage, I feel let down that I wasn't offered anything. Given the negative online connotations of my name, I don't like to live up to stereotypical "Karen" image by complaining aggressively and demanding some kind of discount, but I was disappointed not to have been offered anything from a goodwill basis. A £200 order may not be a lot of money to some people, but it is to me.
This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and sadly, will probably deter me from ordering anything from Jesrose again.

This vinyl has literally changed how I feel about my living room. Being a renter, it’s really hard to be able to make your home feel like yours and suit your style. My fireplace was the last thing I was desperate to change and buying this vinyl has changed it so much. I LOVE IT! It was harder to fit than I thought as it’s an awkward shape but my goodness, was it worth it. It looks immaculate and I’m so proud of myself for doing it. It arrived quickly before Xmas madness too! If anyone is in any doubt, please go for it, it looks so so nice! Thank you!

Absolutely incredible all round! Brilliant customer service, amazing product, insane results!

Firstly, I had a few problems with my sample order (wrong samples sent) and my vinyl order (wrong size received), I contacted Jessica and she responded to my emails out of working hours and resolved the issues immediately. The customer service I received was second to none.

Secondly, the quality of the peel & stick tiles and vinyl is incredible. I didn’t expect the quality to be as amazing as it is. But it definitely isn’t budging and looks perfect.

Initially great. Really happy looked amazing. We had them colour matched to our tiles. Paying the bespoke fee of around £8 per tile. Then when a unit we had started to put pressure on the tile it started to separate the top layer. service was good at the beginning, promised to sort but then they realised they had changed supplier and as a special order we couldn’t get these ones without paying a colour match fee of over £100. It wasn’t our fault but they wouldn’t do anything, we had ordered some spares but they got used up in cutting round bath/toilet. After less than 2 years some are lifting and the colour is coming off where the top layer is splitting. All in all expensive at over £300 for a very small bathroom. And quality is ok. Probably fine for short term and in less used areas.

Absolutely love my vinyl! Makes my fridge look so cute! Easy to apply, only took an hour! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I bought a sample that cost £5 which was just a piece of paper that looked like a photocopy!
Total rip off charging £5 for what I received but at least I know how bad the product is and that it's not anything like what it looks like on their website. Won't be buying the so called really realistic product. Rubbish.
Seller responded saying I just give negative reviews! I give honest reviews and I have many positive reviews where they are warranted! So no idea what they are talking about.

I paid £5 for this piece of paper, not £3! So again, unsure what the seller is talking about.
Again, unsure what the seller is talking about, I'm not likely to pretend I paid £5! What a strange reaction to a customers feedback, denying the amount I paid. I just checked my bank statement and I paid £5!
It's a shame I can't put a photo of this up so people can see for themselves how poor it is! Not sure how there are so many positive reviews for this product but each to their own opinion.

This is my second time using JesRose vinyl tiles and again I’m chuffed with the results. I purchased my first batch for my kitchen walls and now I’ve done the floor of my home nail salon. They are hardwearing, super strong compared to cheaper comparisons and customer service was fantastic. Any questions I have they always reply. Thank you for helping me to glow up my two rooms with such a variety of patterns you are spoilt for choice!

Fantastic amazing quality tiles, had to use some additional adhesive glue and silicone but only due to tiling on concrete. Highly recommend Jes Rose, fantastic customer service too. Thank you!

I ordered some peel & stick tiles for our bathroom glow up and I was so impressed with the quality of them. There was a huge range of designs and colours to choose from. I’ve been trying to find more projects so I can get some more! Delivery was fast and customer service has always been exceptional!

I’ve been buying JRV since it launched for both personal and work upcycling projects. As someone who’s used various different vinyls over the years JRV is without a doubt one of the best quality I’ve used & available in so many unique and customs patterns and colour ways. Despite it being a removable product I’ve not had any issues with lifting etc and most of the pieces I’ve covered are still in immaculate condition several years later. A really hardy and useful product which has saved many old, sad looking pieces of furniture and given them a new life. I have recommend JRV to so many people, I highly recommend! :)

Disappointed that the sample took over 2 weeks to arrive and no update until I contacted them. Also, when received, the tile was bent which meant it didn't sit flat and the sticky back wasn't strong enough to stick and stay on the wall. There is no way I could use these as a splash back in my kitchen

I’ve had my tiles down for a while but had a couple of issues with gaps etc. as the tiles had moved and things. Reached out to Jes who has been super helpful in reaching a resolution in trying to help with the issues so thank you for that really appreciated. Any issues I recommend reaching out and explaining anything as Jes will do her best to help out. End of the day she is running this business on her own (which I did not realise) and again thanks for taking the time to help 🙂

I ordered 2 packs for my bathroom floor for my rental and I have been shocked my the quality of these tiles! I was a bit apprehensive about spending such an amount on vinyl tiles, as they were much more expensive than other ones I was considering, but I’m sooo glad I chose these tiles. The tiles are so thick and easy to install and remove. The attention to detail on each tile is what makes these tiles look so real. Everyone who’s seen my new vamped bathroom has thought I’d got a complete new tiled floor, everyone was shocked to find out it was vinyl! The only downside, is that they take a good few weeks to arrive so you have to order well in advance. However, they are worth the wait (and price)! I’d highly recommend and I’ll be purchasing more tiles for my other bathroom. 10/10

Believe the hype and you will not be disappointed. Brilliant selection of designs and colours for every home. Have used Jesrose vinyls for 3 of my properties and they have all sold. Quality & Customer service exceptional, don’t waste your time scrolling just order from the best. I will be using on my brand new property too

I have recently used Jesrose tiles and vinyl, and I can't believe how good the quality is and how easy it is to use. The customer service is amazing, with fast responses and super helpful staff. I can't recommend this company enough

Cannot rate jes rose products highly enough! Ordered the vinyl peel and stick floor tiles and have laid them in my hallway and kitchen and they were so easy to use. I used a Stanley knife to cut them with no difficulty and watched the tutorial to use the backing of the tiles as a template so I didnt need any additional tools.
I lived with cracked, uneven and grubby looking kitchen tiles for 7 years and hated them.....these tiles are thick enough they have covered the uneven areas and they have a slight non slip finish which is perfect for my 3 small children who spill things all the time!! It really has transformed my kitchen and the flooring is lovely and warm now too!
I tested the samples before ordering.....I stood them in a bowl of blue food colouring and they were just as water-resistant as the website says, they didn't stain at all. I rubbed in a mix of oil and paprika and turmeric to try and stain them and they cleaned with ease.
I've since used the vinyl roll for behind my cooker, around my fire, and to wrap my worktops. The roll is so thick I wasn't expecting it to be such high quality.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Jes Rose again - think my bathroom floor tiles need a glowup next, and inknow exactly where I will be coming to!
And just to top it off, the customer service has been fantastic, I had a slight flaw and it was sorted immediately
There may be cheaper products out there but you really do get what you pay for.....and it was miles cheaper than paying a company to lay vinyl.
