Not only was my bracelet fixed and cleaned, the whole process was so easy. I was a bit nervous sending it away but there was nothing to worry about. All went well the bracelet fits perfectly and exactly to the timings given. Thank you

Had two rings resized that previously had to be cut off the finger for being too tight. Fabulous work - you can't tell they been changed at all - they look like new.
The whole process worked exactly as described.

I contacted jewellery repair uk about my bracelet which needed restringing. From start to finish they were fantastic and kept me updated on the progress. I had a piece of broken jewellery, very sentimental to me and quite expensive but I haven’t been able to wear it for 15 years. I decided to take a punt and so happy I did. The work was well done and very reasonably priced. The best bit of the whole process was impeccable communication from Jasmine which gave me a lot of confidence. I would not hesitate to use again.
