Mike’s communication was great. Start to finish. If I’m honest, I was nervous making part of a transaction blind before going to the store directly - However, Mike kept in touch the whole time. Answered all of my questions very patiently. Was accommodating of my schedule. When I did go into store, he was very pleasant gentleman and made me feel very at ease about my purchase. Everything with papers and receipts and authentication. Very highly recommend and will certainly be doing business again. Extremely happy with my peace it was perfectly as described.

Mike was brilliant from start to finish. After receiving an eye watering quote from Rolex to repair a watch that was loosing time I walked past Mike in the antique market and asked for his opinion. He spoke with his watchmaker and within a couple of days provided me a quote a fraction of the Rolex quote.

I went ahead with the work and within a couple of weeks the watch was fixed. After a month or so I noticed that at certain angles the watch was still loosing time and messaged Mike, he responded asking me to bring the watch back in. Within a week I picked the watch back up and it is not working perfectly with no extra charge or hassle for bringing it back in.

Mike has been fantastic, he’s a great communicator on WhatsApp to update you at each stage and you can tell he cares about his customers. I’ll be using and recommending Mike for all future watch issues and purchases moving forwards. Thanks Mike!
