I wanted to have a bathroom shower screen replaced. Communication from JHP Services is always first class and after receiving a quotation for the work it was carried out to an excellent standard. After the work was completed, JHP asked if there was anything I wanted to query as job satisfaction for customers is paramount. I was very happy with the work and have used and will use JHP in the future. Highly reccomended.

I contacted JHP Services when my boiler started losing pressure. Aaron called me back as promised and got me booked in. He arrived during the time window given and discover the boiler was leaking. He let me hear the call to Baxi advising the boiler is now obsolete so we are currently looking at replacement options. I would have no hesitation about recommending JHP Services. Used JHP twice now. Once to replace a tap, once to replace a water tank. Both times they were excellent. Kept in contact with us, explained what was required and delivered the work faultlessly. We received a quote from another plumber on the water tank work (just to get multiple quotes) and the other plumber severely tried to over charge us too on their quote, in comparison to JHP. Will use them every time we need plumbing / gas work done.

JHP Aaron and Alex did a great job in relocating a radiator and temporarily removing others prior to decorating and then reinstating. Alexandra was very helpful as usual in reprioritising my job when I had to reschedule due to delays with other trades. Happy to recommend them again as they are my go to heating/plumbing company.

Jamie and the team have consistently provided the best advice and support we have ever had from tradespeople. The original advice on the fitting of our Air Source Heat Pump was thoughtful and wise, dealing with a difficult installation in tight spaces underfloors and in cupboards.
