Jigsaw Estates Avis

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Jigsaw Estates. Chris managed a difficult move with sensitivity which I appreciated massively. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful and their communication was great. I find this company different to your stereotypical estate agents in the best of ways and would highly recommend to anyone.

We’re extremely grateful to Jigsaw for their professionalism and service. Chris valued our property and unlike a lot of estate agents he gave us an honest opinion and one he knew was achievable. He didn’t give us an inflated estimate to try and get our business. We sold our house in the time frame he had suggested. After we had accepted an offer Nina at Jigsaw was so helpful and was there for anything we needed, we can’t thank her enough for her hard work. There’s no waiting around for replies to emails or call backs from these guys, they work their socks off for you. Thank you!

Jigsaw acted for the seller of the house we bought - from the very beginning we were really impressed with Richard Carter. He was knowledgeable and friendly, there was no hard sell but he answered all our questions and went above and beyond with our follow-up queries too. The whole process has been very smooth and easy, in no small part thanks to Richard and his team.

David and Nina have been incredible all the way through our first house purchase. They have made the process really easy and have been very friendly and approachable. Their communication is flawless and have kept us regularly updated throughout the process and are always on hand to answer any queries. Thank you both so much and we would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw Estates (especially David and Nina!).

This is the second time I have used Jigsaw to sell a property and their service continues to be excellent. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a high quality, efficient, courteous and cost effective service

Richard worked so very hard to get our sale and purchase over the line with a host of challenges in a long chain.

He was the ultimate professional and communicated day and night to ensure all were kept informed.
I will use Richard/Jigsaw again and would recommend to anyone who wants true value for money.

Jigsaw estate agents are always polite, courteous and professional
I cannot recommend them, highly enough

Have used Jigsaw for 3 properties now. As always David goes by far the extra mile to make sure that your purchase or sale goes through seamlessly. Jigsaw take all the stress out of buying or selling. Would so highly recommend.

You know you have a good estate agent …when your house sale and purchase are on a knife edge ! All your hopes and dreams for your new home depend on them .. Dave at Jigsaw was amazing holding the chain and all the other agents together at all times !
We move into our new home tomorrow.. Thank You Jigsaw Team you take pride in your job and always with a positive approach .

Chris and Nina have been amazing with my house purchase. I cannot recommend enough, they have contacted me every week without fail to update me on progress and have worked hard to ensure everything has kept moving along. Nina is also lovely, friendly and super helpful. Would definitely use again - they have been outstanding :)

A great service. Very empathetic and accommodating to our personal circumstances surrounding the sale. We found them a great help throughout the sale process, it wasn't a simple one! Would highly recommend.

Moving can be such a stressful time. Jigsaw was the estate agent for the house we have bought today! Throughout David was supportive and responsive, and I am not sure we would be where we are today without his wisdom to help the chain navigate the process. THANK YOU!

We worked with Richard and Jigsaw for both our Sale and Purchase. The Service was outstanding, friendly, easy to communicate with. We lost confidence in agencies after our experience with one of the “ bigger “ names.
We are so glad we found Jigsaw and thoroughly recommend anyone looking to sell their home.

Chris and the team at Jigsaw go above and beyond. Honest, supportive and extremely knowledgeable on the market, I would (and do!) recommend them to everyone. Thank you Jigsaw!

These guys are brilliant. Not just that they advertised our flat brilliantly and sold it in 3 days, or the low rates, it was everything else.

Chris was fantastic start to finish, the complete opposite of everything you hear about estate agents. Always on the ball, keeping us informed, chasing when necessary, just generally being highly competent. We also got great advice on which solicitors to use and a few other services during the process. Chris was also instrumental in getting us exchanged quickly, proactively chasing everyone’s solicitors on our behalf.

Can’t recommend highly enough, night and day difference vs any agents we’ve used in the past.

Chris Oakey was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t be more helpful, and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of our sale. He was always one step ahead of any potential problem, which made our selling experience completely stress-free.
He also managed to make us a good profit from our sale which, in this current market, was incredible!
Would highly recommend Chris and Jigsaw Estates!

Dealt with Richard who was absolutely lovely and secured us our dream home at an amazing price. Cannot recommend Richard enough.

Richard was exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout the whole buying process. He negotiated a fantastic deal for us and we are due to complete within 5 weeks of making our offer. Incredible!

I had the perfect experience with Jigsaw as a first time buyer, at every stage from viewing to completion. The team delivered above and beyond my expectations and I would recommended them to anyone looking for credible, reliable and timely estate agent services. Big thanks to Chris and especially to Nina who played a key role in ensuring it was a seamless and stress-free process for me (and was so on top of things that she’d already provided an update on progress before I’d thought to ask for one!). Thank you, Jigsaw!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Jigsaw from the start. They promptly got our offer accepted and remained incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to ensure that we met the requested timeframes. Chris and Rebekah provided regular updates and gave us a lot of reassurance as first time buyers. Highly recommended and will certainly use Jigsaw in future!
