Communication from main office very poor and wrong, but fortunately completely forgotten due to the efficiency, speed and politeness from Niall and Andrew, excellent service and kudos to them!
Pergola looks good too!

Kept up to date throughout. Terrific service from John and Pamela. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

Driver delivering to 2 doors up the street parked blocking our drive preventing me from gaining access
Don't know why he stopped outside our house when there was plenty of space outside the house he was actually delivering to.

Thanks for the delivery lots of contact and left carefully in a secure area.

We were delighted with the service provided, John our driver, kept us well informed on when to expect our delivery. He and Pamela kindly unpacked the items for us on our patio, which was very helpful as we both have mobility problems. Thanks again for everything,John and Ena Porter

Received my Maze garden furniture delivery earlier today as scheduled. John and his team were excellent, friendly and could not have been more helpful. Great customer service 10 out of 10.

John and Pamala done a sterling job. They removed all of the packaging and placed the furniture where we wanted it. They even took the packaging away with them. We were kept fully updated of the date and time of delivery too. 11/10 for service.

The delivery guys were great, it was not a white glove service but they brought everything into the garden with no trouble.. surprised it fitted into the little Enterprise Van it came in. I have dropped stars as the delivery date was changed so many times, and then changed again at 5pm day before delivery, and I was unable to return call as office closed at 5pm. Was all a bit of an inconvenience if I am honest- as had planned around it and had to call again next day to find out the new delivery date. Although we had agreed after 4pm drop off, they arrived mid morning when I was leaving to a meeting. So lack of correspondence all round between the drivers, the team at the office and Hygge Pergolas.

Received delivery of garden furniture from gardenfurniture.co.uk via Jigsaw distribution. Stuart and Stephen kept us informed of the delivery time window and when arrived, it was delivered with the minimum of fuss. Credit to their company.

Received a delivery today from Stuart Stephen Jigsaw delivery team very efficient helpful will use again thankyou

Great delivery today of our Maze garden furniture by John and team today. Very friendly and helpful. They had to deal with navigating scaffolding and other workmen to deliver the garden furniture to its position. They did this on the hottest day of the year so far and all with a great attitude. Thank you!
