Jinsted Avis 

Sent completely the wrong items than those that were ordered. When queried I was told to send them back at my own cost for a full refund. When I queried this asking for the items I originally ordered they just sent another email saying the same thing about sending them back. Avoid this company at all costs if you want the items you actually order or any sort of customer service.

Avoid any purchase from this cowboy. I ordered a pair of red glasses and got a pair of pink glasses that a clown in a circus would have worn. Contacted seller and after an argument he told me to send them back to the address on envelope. Did that and have never ever received my refund. Have no dealings with this crook!!!!

Unwearable glasses due to sharp bits of plastic inside nose guard. Claimed to have refunded but did not.

Great service when I contacted Jinsted about a pair of pink sunglasses I particularly liked - managed to buy 2 of the remaining 3 pairs before they went out of stock, so was VERY happy, thank you.
Items arrived and were well-packaged and high quality as advertised, so I recommend Jinsted's sunglasses xx

Poor quality, glasses where damaged when I received them. They were just in a envelope with no protection. Would of returned them but no point as the cost of returning them was half the value of the glasses.

Easy purchase and quick delivery even though it was busiest time of the year.

Dreadful sunglasses, the worst quality I've ever experienced. I've bought sunglasses off guys on the beach in Zante that were better quality. Please don't buy from here, buy sunglasses from literally anywhere else

Jinsted inexplicably demanded a positive review of my last purchase before releasing my most recent one. When I queried this, I was blocked from purchasing and received and aggressive phonecall in which the business owner threateningly pointed out that he knows my address. Avoid unless you may also get caught up in this nonsense

Would normally give 5 stars but they missed something off my last order although they soon put it right , maybe a bit harsh as it’s the first problem I’ve ever had with them

Very well made sun glasses and was pleasantly surprised as the lens' were real glass, not cheap plastic even though the sun glasses were extremely inexpensive. Bought a few different pairs now and all are top notch. Thank you!
