I joined Jinx Casino last year, played a few games and did roulette, never doing a withdrawal. This summer I decided to pursue a decent withdrawal of 2000eu. After what I thought to be a rather excessive checking process which was un-necessary in my mind I eventually met their criteria. After a long wait of about a week I eventually received my 2000eu into my account. I then went and won another 1000eu which I had to wait for over a week for as the limit is 2000eu weekly for withdrawals! I also had to contact my VIP manager constantly to get the funds released. After this was done he congratulated himself for doing a great job and telling me I could rely on him.
Over a period of a few weeks I continued to win and always withdrew a round figure of 1000 or 400eu's. I eventually accumulated a withdrawal of 1000eu then another of 400eu which was pending for over a week. From the VIP manager I got all the excuses from system upgrades to team members being on the sick! This continued for another few days then it become apparent that the money wasn't going to be paid to me. I then got no response from my VIP manager or emails sent to customer support went unanswered. I then cancelled the withdrawal and just played the money on meaningless games over a period of hours! My view being if I wasn't going to get the money they weren't going to get it either!!
My experience never felt comfortable on this site, always that I was fighting to get what I had legitimately won every time! I will not be back and will not put another deposit their way again! My view is there is too many bad reports about Jinx Casino that they just cannot be trusted and at some stage they will not pay out and end up blocking you.
Best take a wide berth from this lot!
