The worst company ever. 2 weeks shipping from China?
i would give zero, to best describe my experience with this company.
In February I ordered 2 handheld fans on Amazon as a gift. Fast forward to last week, I wanted to order one fan for myself, Amazon was sold out, so i went to Jisulife.com.
I placed the order on 6/22 and a few days later received a notification by e mail about shipping.
Shocker, the fan is coming from China. I called customer service, after holding for several minutes each time, i was disconnected 8 times. Sent e mail to customer service and received response, but no answer to my question WHY it was not anywhere writen it took 2 TWO weeks to get the item by mail and no response what shipper will be delivering once in the US.
Another shocker, today 6/26 i just received a call from customer service in response to my call on 6/24.
No supervisor available, shipping takes 15 days if you order from Jisulife.com directly.
So no customer service to contact, 15 days shipping, no info who delivers in the US (could be USPS, could be Fedex)
Under no circumstances would I recommend this company, even though i liked the product. They are incompetent, give no information and 2 weeks to get a fan is unacceptable. Why is it taking 2 weeks? There was NO indication about shipping time when purchase was made. I would never have places the order.
DO NOT bother if you want to avoid aggrevation.
