JJ removals went above and beyond as I really did have a lot of stuff to move and they remained bright spirited and personable throughout. They even tried to keep me upbeat too as I was extremely stressed during the move.

Jason and his team were absolutely fantastic helping us with our recent move. They fitted us in during a very busy period with us only exchanging contracts the day before. The team were friendly and professional and treated all of our possessions with so much care. They worked very quickly to move all of our furniture and contents and unload at the other end on the same day but it never felt rushed. Care was taken to protect our furniture and ensure it was all moved to the right place. Nothing was too much and we couldn’t have done it without them.
We’re not hoping to move again for a long time but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

My experience with JJ Removals Ltd is great. The company is well organised and keep to time. The driver was very supportive throughout the transfer. For me, is a wonderful experience.

I wasn’t going to write a review but the filthy attitude of the female at the company is the last straw. Our fish tank was broken in the move. We were really polite and patient, even though it resulted in the death of several fish and the eventual loss of them all. After 3 weeks of being fobbed off with excuses I resorted to advising I was going to contact the removers ombudsman. The tone of the woman when my husband spoke to her was vile, there was no apology. A refund less an excess ( 😂) was issued but she made you feel like you were the one in the wrong. We were promised that staff would wear overshoes and cover our brand new carpet, they didn’t, they marked it. I honestly would avoid this company, accidents happen but not addressing the accident then being rude when you are forced too is not the sort of company you want moving your precious home.

Could not fault the team from start to finish.All very polite and hard working for a very competitive price.Would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from Jason and his team. They were punctual, flexible and hard working. Everything you need to take away the stresses of moving. Nothing was an issue, was great value compared to other quotes. Went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from our old house. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
