Slots load quickly
The slots load quickly and I have not had any issues with freezing. The interface is easy to use and functions well on both devices and computers. Deposits show almost immediately and the withdrawals take about 2 days which is pretty good. Customer support is friendly and supportive.
Responsible gaming tools missing
I've searched settings to see if I could find any options for a deposit limit, but there is nothing there. There is no way to set daily/weekly limits, which are restrictions that every reputable casino should offer. I reached out to customer support to ask how I can set these limits and they told me that this feature isn't available yet.
Same promo design every time
When I check their campaigns, I see that they aren't different at all- the same banner with different background colors and small icons. It is an unimaginative, boring attempt at creating a new campaign. It makes them feel unimportant and repetitive.
Currency conversion is bad
They converted my deposit to an extremely unfavorable exchange rate and didn’t even tell me this was gonna happen. I lost about 10 percent of my deposit just in conversion fees. You should at least let people make a deposit in their own currency, or warn them about the conversion cost.
No bonus history in my account
There’s nothing in my account that shows what bonuses I’ve claimed or when. Want to see the wagering for a promo I activated last week but I can’t find anything. Support had to do it manually and it took forever. This should be a basic feature.
Latest update downgraded usability
I thought I was on the wrong site. Why change something that clearly worked? There is no reason for the menu navigation to be different and now all the important features are way harder to get to. Everything even feels slower. They should have just kept the old design.
Graphics look outdated and cheap
The casino has a lot of bad design choices. It uses low-quality clipart for game category icons. Casino backgrounds are low-quality and poorly stretched. Casino pages have different fonts and inconsistent designs. The entire design gives off the impression of a poorly edited free website template. This is not what an actual casino should look like.
Support closed my ticket early
I had an ongoing issue and instead of actually helping me, support marked my ticket as resolved, even though the issue was not fixed. I had to open a new ticket and explain everything again. It appears that closing tickets quickly is more important than actually solving the problems.

The screen also gets warm which tells me that something in the code is running inefficiently. I guess I can't play on the go anymore because my battery is dead by lunch.
Withdrawal go over a week
Winnings voided after game played
I played a slot for an hour and I won about $220. The next day they voided my entire balance because they said the game is country-restricted. The game is clearly visible and playable in the lobby and there is no warning at all. They just took the money back.
Game froze mid bonus round
While I was playing the slots, the game froze. I had won a bonus round, and when I hit refresh, it took me to the home screen. I didn't get any bonus, and I didn't get any refunds either. I contacted support and told them the time and what game it was, and they said, that they can’t see it in the logs.
No phone support option
The only way you can reach them is through chat and email. In some cases, it's best to speak to someone directly, but there is no number listed. This makes solving complicated problems a lot more difficult than it needs to be.

Cashout was reversed without reason
I had an approved withdrawal which then got reversed back to my casino balance 2 days later with no explanation. Support told me they didn't know why it happened and just said to try requesting it again. I did and now I’m waiting again with no clue if it’ll actually go through this time.
Registration required too much info
The sign-up process is way too detailed. They want your employment status and how much money you make. This feels invasive for wanting to play a few slots. Other casinos don't even ask for this much when starting an account.
Search returns no results
The game search feature is broken half the time. I search for a specific slot game and it tells me there are zero results. I have to scroll through all the categories just to find what I’m looking for. I reported the issue to customer support and they just told me to use the filters which really doesn’t help.
