Would definitely recommend!
The whole team at JLAudio were great. Emma and Nicki in the office were always clear and helpful arranging and explaining what the works would entail. On the day Danny and Ryan did a great job, cleaned up all mess afterwards and set everything up before leaving. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service
Excellent service, especially from Jack and Dan who were tidy , efficient and gave me good solutions , very friendly and would definitely recommend and use again if needed. Helped me wire up my Virgin, broadband and put all my TVs up with not a wire in sight!

Excellent Audio Visual firm! Very friendly and easy to book an appointment with good follow up and confirmation of appointments. Once Jack came to the site to do the work, was very impressed with knowledge and efficiency of the job and again, such a pleasant, friendly experience. Jack was efficient, tidy and fixed the issues in no time.
Would definitely recommend J L Audio Visual and plan to use them again for a different property due to the excellent quality of service I received.

I have received excellent service from J L Audio Visual both times that I have used them. Dan visited both times and sorted my problems out quickly and efficiently. He is smart in appearance, extremely polite and very helpful. He also takes time explaining things in a very understandable way. I have no hesitation in recommending J L Audio.

Jack literally brought my dreams to reality with the bespoke media walls (Cinema room & Kitchen).
The quality of service and work done from inception to completion is outstanding.

Customer Service just isn’t there
Customer Service just isn’t there. Quality of finish could be better and for the teams to have dust sheets and own Hoover’s would be an advantage. We wouldn’t recommend them unfortunately. However wish they well in business as they are a young business.

The whole package!
Jack, Dan & team were great from the off. They supplied, designed and installed a full sonos, Matrix TV, CCTV and wireless alarm solution. From 1st fix through to final tweaks, nothing was too much. Thanks a mil JL Audio Visual!

I found J L Audio online and spoke to several similar companies. Jack and the team were by far the most helpful and transparent from the start. Efficient and helpful in the set up of our TVs and Sonos system. Would highly recommend!

Rewiring and extending home ethernet and WiFi network
J L Audio Visual rewired our home ethernet and WiFi network in early January 2021, put in outlet points for the workstations and TV/Audio - and totally provided and wired WiFi access points for a remote room and to cover upstairs.
The work was completed without any fuss or mess, was neat and tidy and works superbly - we now have Gigabit speed internet and network connection all over the property.
I cannot praise them highly enough! - a good job well executed with minimum fuss and at reasonable cost.
