Fabulous company, wonderful staff and yummy products
Trying to be more ethical and support local. JL Brooks has been absolutely wonderful a triumph. Wonderful swift delivery, free on set days. Lovely choice of lovely things 😋 Discovered new favourites ..Frobishers a roaring success. Real Crisps Ham & Mustard are delicious. The only thing is, when they've been dropped off to my neighbour (me at work) my neighbour texted a joke "thanks for the pop and crisps"🤭 Really lovely delivery driver, thoughtful and kind but also a nice laugh. Customer service have been exceptionally kind when I've had questions. A really good decision to change. Brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Misleading communications and appalling service
Had a pending order , then email received offering free delivery as I lived on Yorkshire no min£ stated clearly on email !
Then free delivery refused , will find a similar product elsewhere

We do offer a free delivery service within Yorkshire for orders over £40 (before VAT), however, on this occasion the order value did not reach the minimum requirement for this service.

Only 50% of my order arrived
Only 50% of my order arrived, I have not heard from the company and Ian the delivery driver said he would be delivering the rest last week !!

We are really sorry to hear that only part of your order arrived initially and apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
The first time our office became aware of the missing items was when this review was posted. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us and explain what had happened. During our conversation, you kindly explained that Lee, our delivery driver, had advised he would bring the remaining stock later in the week. Unfortunately, this was not completed as the paperwork needed to arrange the outstanding delivery was not raised.
We have spoken with Lee regarding this and made him aware of the review and the importance of ensuring any outstanding items are followed up and communicated clearly.
Thank you again for your order and for giving us the opportunity to put this right once we were made aware of the issue. We hope you are happy with how it was resolved, and we really appreciate your understanding.
